Darvish hasn't been very good since his first start with us.

        Jays chasing MLB history......

Before 2017, their franchise record for most players used in a single season was 55. The MLB record is 64. The Jays currently stand at 60! 4 weeks left in the season, they'll surely pass that mark.

Max Fried has been very impressive today...

I can't remember the last time I've seen Aaron Judge make contact...he keeps swinging and missing.

Rockies have lost 4 straight. Their once "insurmountable" lead in the wildcard is now 1/2 game over the Brewers and 3 over the Cardinals.

Are they crumbling under the pressure?

Today in baseball, Madison Bumgarner and Chris Sale each surrender 3 homeruns in a game.

He just hit a shot off of Addison Reed.

The Dodgers are totally finished and here come the Snakes to steal the division--just 13.5 back.

The only thing that sucks about having an unreal season like the Dodgers is the unrealistic expectations that the performance will continue ad infinitum.

If it weren't for Kershaw being God-on-the-mound, we're staring down the barrel of a 10 game losing streak.

Anyways, the losses aren't what bothers me; it's the underlying performances. Darvish was lights-out in his first start against the Mets, but has been trash since. Wood's lost some velo from his fastball and is looking more like a mediocre pitcher than the ace he was in the first half.

Pretty much want to sim to end the rest of the regular season tbh.

Well, it was a fun trip to Arlington. Didn't see anything spectacular, but it was still fun.

Saturday, the Rangers were one strike away (stop me if that sounds familiar) and Cron hit a 2-run homer to tie it, so that was really cool. Trout hit two doubles (I feel like the second one was thisclose to being a homer) and Albert drove him in both times.

Elvis hit two homers Sunday. Chirinos and DeShields went back to back.

In the Cubs game yesterday they were talking about the fact the Dodgers had a record breaking run differential at the ASB, but they aren't even in the top 5 in the league since the ASB.

Now, I didn't expect the Dodgers to continue playing .750 ball, so a dip was to be expected. It will be interesting if they continue to play poorly and Arizona stays hot...

Yeah, even before the current funk, we were hardly dominating teams in the 2nd half. I think we won 10 one-run games in a row or something.
