Looks like the Angels are done. Whatever. Would be really dumb if/when the WC2 beats the team that's up like 7 games now.

I wasn't watching the game, so when I got the alert that it was a hidden ball trick I got super excited. I was waiting for some Rookie of the Year type trickery, with Frazier going for the leadoff. Dude faked a throw, and then tagged him when he was switching his feet on the base. Very anti-climactic lol.

Yeah, it was the most anti-climactic version of the trick i've seen in quite some time.

Booooooooo replay. Boo this replay system. Sorry I'd just prefer they get some calls wrong and move on, instead of having the 'are they gonna challenge this' mini game a dozen times per game.

Cubs blew the game twice in the late innings (Wade Davis...gasp!), but it still only counts as 1 game. Oh well. Extra innings in all 3 games of the series so far.

That was a helluva finish in Milwaukee this afternoon. I gotta say I didn't realize that so many games they've played have been decided by (I think I heard) 3 runs or less. That shows they're in a lot of ballgames. Even if they don't make the playoffs this year I think this was the kind of season you can build upon for the future.

I envy what the Brewers and Yankees have done.

This probably wasn't what the Cards had in mind when they saw the Cubs lose and the Brewers pull even with them in the WC again.

Brian Dozier scored on his own bunt hit today.
