White Sox willing to listen to offers on Jose Abreu and Avisail Garcia

Information leaked out that Stanton will not approve of a trade to either the Cardinals or Red Sox.

Well, I've never liked him, but the latest thing to show it was the whole saga about the Home Run Derby and Gary Sanchez.

If he doesn't want to go to either city, which one(s) are cities he'd waive for?

                LA and SF most likely.

Cubs have approached the Braves regarding a trade for Ender Inciarte. Apparently they had approached Coppolella in the past, but he had been a hard no. With a new GM the Cubs have tried to reopen the talks and have made it known that they are willing to include Schwarber, Baez, Happ, and/or Russell in a deal.

I have to be honest...I would rather have Ender than any one of those players. He’s on a very team friendly deal, is an elite defensive player and continues to get better with the bat. I will be sad if he gets traded...

The Jays and Mets have reached out to Lorenzo Cain. I'm a little surprised that the Jays are apparently being that aggressive seeing as how Cain is probably out of their price range.

Getting a guy like him in the OF would be nice to have. If they could also get Gordon from the Marlins, that'd be a nice way to round out the lineup. Adding two .300 hitters with speed to their power hitting lineup would help so much.

Sadly, some dumb *** GM is going to give him that deal.

Honestly, I think J.D. ends up in Boston next year... Bradley will be shipped to SF and Betts will slide over to CF.

Same. But that's the type of trade I'd expect AA to make. I wouldn't be happy at all. Ender is amazing. It wouldn't make any fiscal or talent sense to deal him.

Ya, I agree...but the Chicago sports talk around here is talking about how the Braves "need" to trade Ender to open up room for Acuna. Sorry, but that's asinine. Markakis or Kemp need to go (preferably Kemp), not Ender. Inciarte is a stud and I can't agree with a trade for any of those players. I want no part of Schwarber, we don't need Russell, not that high on Happ. Baez is intriguing, but again, we don't need him.
