and what makes those 12 individuals on the jury in his trial for guilt or innocence any different than me when it comes to him.....

I' m tired of all the "you can't judge anyone" crybabies...hell yes I can judge you, I can judge anyone I see fit to. Just like a juror in a trial, in my opinion there is enough eveidence in my view to prove to me, that without a dought he used steroids.

I'm not a lawyer but just something I was thinking regarding the Yankees voiding Giambi's contract. While the language of guaranteed contracts provides a loophole to allow this, it still can't happen. Giambi's has only admitted to steroid use in a grand jury testimony which is sealed and can't be used in court.

Basically there is no actual evidence that the Yankees could use against him.

The difference between the two is they would say Giambi' steroid use led to him being injured. This is a moot point however because they have no official proof of his steroid use. Anything mentioned in his testimony to the grand jury can't be used against him. It was information that was never supposed to be made public.
