Wrist still being evaluated... Which is basically the same as last year. Just great.

As for harsher penalties, yeah this completely sucks, but you can't make pitchers scared to throw inside. Freddie definitely needs to start wearing a wrist guard.

I actually just saw an encouraging tweet...it stated the Braves will be updating his condition shortly and they have expressed optimism that he has avoided a major injury. We can only hope...

Red Sox are the first team in 11 years to hit 4 Grand Slams before May.

Matt Boyd has quietly had an outstanding first three starts for the Tigers, 19.1 innings, 3 R (one in each start), 0.67 whip, .138 BAA, 1.40 ERA, but somehow zero wins. For a guy who has been essentially a turd most of his career it's really nice to see things working out for him after the arm slot adjustment late last year.

Kinda disappointed at how thoroughly Boston has handled the Angels so far. I want Trout to have a chance on a good team so badly.

The fact that he's put up a 56 WAR career already at age 26, has been snubbed out of 1 or 2 MVPs, and has played in exactly 3 playoff games (all losses) doesn't sit well with me at all.
