Win aside, it was great to not only see Johnny Venters in action in the majors but to get a 1-2-3 inning, even against the Braves.

Congrats to Paxton. It's good too see something positive happen for Seattle.

Pretty bad day for the Jays though. Closer gets arrested for being a woman beater and then they get no hit. Ouch.

What a wonderful day of baseball so far. Paxton with the no-hitter and the Verlander-esque late game velocity, Ozzie and Acuna leading the way, Red Sox/Yankees was fantastic and now Jeremy Hellickson is doing stuff

The Rockies beat the Angels 4-2! I didn't get to see Ohtani pitch, but did get to at least see him pinch hit. I am happy that my first ever game at Coors Field was a win!

A's called up Dustin Fowler today. Barely in time to get his feet wet before heading to NY this weekend. Hopefully this goes better than his debut in Chicago last year.

Sounds like the Cubs and Orioles are discussing Manny Machado. Sentiment is if the O's continue to flat line they could start trading players in the next couple of weeks.
