      I hate baseball.

Wake me up when Jays decide to put together a half decent pitching staff.

All I can say as a Braves fan this year is I am thankful the NL Central exists.

I was half expecting the Pirates to actually blow a ten run lead.

Couple days old but shut up Snitker.

I'll take Acuna's aggressive play all day, thank you. Make the defense beat you and Boston made a great play.

In this instance I have to side with Snitker. Getting to third in that situation does nothing for you. It was a dumb base running decision by a player who consistently makes dumb baserunning decisions that go beyond simple aggressiveness.

Acuna runs the bases like he's still playing with kids that he's 10x better than every time out. Though Snitker is one of the last people who should talk about dumb decisions given his nightly game management.

Coincidentally there was an article a couple of weeks ago fr several former players and current coaches commenting on how bad baserunning has gotten across the league. According to them the fundamentals aren't really being taught anymore.

Yep - I have no problem with Snitker saying what he said and most of us have no knowledge of things that had been said before behind closed doors. Maybe he's been telling Acuna for weeks to be smarter on the base paths, etc. That was a terrible, terrible decision and if the manager can't call it out, the team culture has a problem.

I have seen a lot of Braves fans saying, "Bobby Cox wouldn't have done that..." and I don't buy it. Bobby pulled Andruw Jones from the game in the middle of the inning and had no problem calling out players for mental lapses.

Very idiotic move by Acuna. The extra base meant nothing at that point. Snitker has every right to call him out. Now it would be nice if someone would call Snitker out every night. And it would be great if Snitker called AA out for his decisions on which pitchers to go after and which ones to let walk.

Marlins running at will on Arrieta and Lobaton (not sure why Contreras is out 2 games in a row).

Edit: Oh, he left the game yesterday. That's not good.

                      Cards and Braves rained out

                      Will play two tomorrow

Bobby called out Andruw for a lack of energy. I don't see Bobby calling out Acuna here.

Bobby called my favorite player (Ryan Klesko) out ALL the time in post game interviews. I remember one game where Klesko had been thrown out trying to stretch a hit and Bobby said “I’m done with him…he’s a stupid base runner and he needs to run with an anchor that he drops at each base he gets to.” Klesko always hustled…it didn’t protect him from Bobby’s wrath.

Kyle Schwarber is seeing the ball well. 5 HRs in the last two games

The Braves love making old 75 year old pitchers look unhittable this year.

Geez, this team is atrociously bad.

Yankees turned a game ending triple play. Wild.

They've done it three times this season. I don't think I've ever seen a game ending triple play.
