If only a writer could put it together in a well research article, "last 5 years Boras has cost his clients X amount of millions". I sense the Rosenthal's and Passan's wouldn't do it (wouldn't want to lose him as a source and/or get on his bad side and that of his clients/future clients), but no reason for a FanGraphs dude not to do it. Write it and bury him.

There has to be someone out there whether it be some random sports person for some small site or even just someone on social media who had time on their hands, who did something like that.

Would be interesting to see how Boras clients do in FA vs their projected number (such as if you compare MLBTRs projections).

If he was doing that poorly for his clients, other agents would be sure to let them know

I could be very mistaken, but don't Boras clients usually end making a lot of money?

Again, no idea. I don't follow agent stats.

The "holdouts" are the thing I'd be most interested in seeing. How often does holding out into camp/ST pay more than how much someone offered back in November, or how much the player was seeking.

Boras got mega deals for Strasburg, Cole, Harper, Seager, Semien, Rendon, Bogaerts and others in the past 6 years so I think we're all kind of blowing this offseason out of proportion a bit.

You certainly don't have to like him, but he's got a solid track record of getting his guys paid.

Insane. What, $42 million per with this? He's a solid arm, but let's see how this one ages.

MLB seems to have done a great job colluding since Covid.

Chapman apparently told Jays a while ago he's not coming back because he doesn't like the changes made in the stadium and the stadiums to blame for his numbers going down.

He has a point, the stadium last year produced way diff results than we thought it would, Rogers Centre went from a big hitters park to suddenly a pitcher friendly one.

However, going to SF, that's not exactly an upgrade on a hitters number over Rogers Centre (Rogers Centre was 24th last year and Oracle was 28th).
