I don't mind booing him because he's a Yankee but this traitor nonsense is just stupid.

The classy thing to do would have been to cheer him in the first at bat, then boo him like any other Yankee player.

That's pretty much what I would have done had I been in attendence.

Wang's laboring out there, already a meeting.

Bases loaded, one out. Lowell up.

I guess I just get annoyed with all the guys that have been booed over the last few years. Bellhorn, Millar, Foulke, Damon, etc, etc. You'd think people would have a little better memory of what those guys did for us. Oh well.

Onto the game, I still don't know why the Yankees are so high on this Wang guy. He's so inconsistent and the Yankees hold onto him like he's Dontrelle Willis.

Lowell grounds into a fielder's choice, Papi's out at home.

                  What is Torre doing?

Lowell has done pretty well this year but he really bails pitchers out by hitting ground balls when he gets two strikes on him. Lucky there was no DP there.

Damn it. Wily Mo gives one a ride but Crosby still gets to it. Only one in, and none after having the bases loaded with just one out.

I'd get upset with guys on our teams playing poorly, but I'd never boo any of the guys you listed. I was really embarassed with the way Bellhorn and Foulke were treated.

And you're right about Wang, I'm not sure their fascination about him. Maybe it's cause he's one of their few homegrown guys and he's cheap?

edit: damn I thought that was going to drop

                                Matsui looked silly there.
