Where is everyone tonight? Usually we have an active thread during games but not tonight I guess.
2-1 Tampa in the bottom of the 6th
Kazmir just came out of the game with some sort of injury. Looked like he wanted to stay in but the D-Rays manager didn't want to risk him I guessComment

Rays broadcast said Maddon is taking him out as a precaution to prevent further injury. This would have been avoided if the 1st base umpire wasn't blind and missed the 3rd strike call on Manny, who clearly did not check his swing.MLB: Rays

Homerun for Mohr!!
I didn't see Wily's at bats tonight, but he hasn't been swinging at everything lately and has actually shone very good plate discipline. He can't be on every night and in his defense he was facing a tough lefty tonight who he likely had never faced (or had only a few at-bats against).Comment

He threw 102 pitches tonight and is only 22. Either way, he should be pulled.
Bases loaded for Nixon in the ninth. It sure would have been nice if Tavarez could have done well in the 9th.Comment

Re: Boston Red Sox - 2006
The Devil Rays were the beneficiary of one of the most lop-sided trades in recent memory to get Kazmir. They would be stupid to trade him away and they certainly would never trade him away in the division. Kazmir should be with them for a long long time.Comment
