IDK to me it was foul, I would have to look at it again. If it was fair then yes it should've been DP because Cairo(I think it was) never touched it although to the naked eye and seeing it only one, it could've.

I actually thought his curve was pretty good, and was able to get some K's with it. Just haven't seen that much of it.

        ARod up.

        10-2 Yankees.

I smell homerun followed by a curtain call.

He's had good games and bad games but he doesn't throw it enough. He tries to get by on his fastball alone and AL hitters are too good for that.

            It would be ARod-esque.

I think the ump was initially calling it foul but then changed his mind and called batter interference as a cop out for stopping the play.

EDIT - they just showed it again. looks like he called batter interference right off the bat. So they got the initial call right, just took some time to figure it out.

I knew it was going to be a long night after the ump's call on the third pitch to Damon in the bottom of the first. Nothing like getting fooled by one that's right down the heart of the plate, especially when you are calling balls and strikes...

Just have to hope Riske can stop the bleeding.

With Pauley pitching tomorrow we need some rested arms left.

I'm actually looking forward to the kid pitching at Yankee stadium tomorrow. His team just got shelled the night before and he's got nothing to lose. I would expect a decent outing from him from what he showed in his last start.

A little higher next time, Riske.

                          That'd be impossible, Cam.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it too. Even though his first start wasn't anything great, or even that good, I enjoy watching young pitchers/prospects.

Are they going to get to 20?
