Man two of our SPs are leading the majors w/ HRs allowed...

      Myers 7, Moyer 5.

Myers has allowed a HR in every start, and had two starts w/ 3 HRs in each.

Moyer the same...given a HR in every start, and had two starts w/ 2 allowed.

Moyer in April of last yr had given up all of 4 HRs. In 3 starts this yr, 5. Myers gave up 10 HRs in April in 2008 so if he doesn't give up another then I guess that's an improvement...

We need to make deal for another SP. Park and Moyer scare me, and Hamels' struggles thus far REALLY scare me.

Could we be seeing Carlos Carrasco sometime this year?

The Phillies have been starting out the gate slow for a while now, but yeah the starting SP is really scaring the hell out of me.

I mean I guess Myers has been the best? That is scary.

Cant we give J.A. Happ a chance because we know what Park is.

A trade would be real nice, and before the deadline.

            Not good.

Hopefully it was just a dinger, and no damage was done to his throwing shoulder. Didn't he break it in HS though?

I'm HIGHLY worried about our starting pitching.

I didnt know that about Cole. But it doesnt look serious.

But besides SP, J-Roll is making me nervous. I know nobody hit yesterday, but he doesnt look right. Is our leadoff hitter gonna get above 200 anytime soon? He can get the lineup Rollin... No pun intended.

And did Howard possibly lose power with the weight loss. I know, I am probably getting paronoid, LOL. JBH3, Somebody talk me down!

I thought Rollins was going to come out the gates on fire given he was playing in the WBC. I thought the immediate competition would get him into mid-season form...boy was I wrong. It's probably hurt him more than anything, which furthers my dislike of the WBC.

As for Howard...he'll come around. His body looks like it did in 2006 when he had that monster MVP season. He needed to lose some weight. Ever since the end of the '06 season (till now) he was little rounder in the gut.

Yeah, I dont like that WBC either... For reasons of what possibly happened to Rollins.

But yeah, that relieves me about Howard. Didnt realize he put on 20 pounds since then.

What a ride last nights game was!

I love Ibanez, Howard looks like he could have a MVP year and I hope this is the beginning of J-Roll to wake up.

But SP is scaring me more and more each game.

Ibanez homered again, and Cole pitched a solid game until spraining his ankle. That's a good sign. I can deal w/ an ankle sprain so long as the arm is feeling good and the command is coming back.

Man...My pops and I were headed into Philly, and at that last Chesapeake House before heading into Delaware we got word that the games was PPD'd.

I was so looking forward to a Phillies/Mets game, and a nice cold beer @ CBP. Oh well...guess I'll have to wait another month or so until I can head to the next game.

Since we were so close to Philly we just went ahead in, and wento Jims Steaks, got 3 steaks, each ate one, and split the 3rd. DAMN! Those steaks are the best!

You should check out this shop on the 500 block of South St. called "Agent". They've got some cool gear in there, and some awesome Phillies shirts. I got one where it's a Mets logo, w/ Philthy written across the Mets baseball logo in orange ink...classic!

EDIT: I'm going to take a picture of it tonight, and it's going to be my avatar.
