Re: The 2009 New York Yankees
Aceves & Hughes back in the rotation (at least for the mean time) Joba in the pen (I've been saying it since day 1) and Wang... I could care less where they put him - AA ball for all I care. Until he starts pitching like the Wang we're used to, he doesn't belong in the starting rotation.
That is all.Comment

Well that's not the pitching's fault."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: The 2009 New York Yankees
Pathetic loss. Why wasn't A-Rod, stealing in the 9th? If he goes, and they throw him out, Gardner is going to score. Or they don't throw to 2nd and they have runners on 2nd and 3rd.
I don't think Wang was that great, but he probably did enough to stay in the rotation.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

garunteed girardi will find some excuse to keep him in, even though he gave up 3 runs and all that. he'll come up with something like well he did have a couple of ground balls and good velocity. still cant afford to have him in there if he isnt winningMLB: Yankees

Hughes is making Wang look bad."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
