      i tell ya, everytime i sleep through a Reds game, they layeth the smackethdown on their opponent!

      i think today is a day game so i don't think i'll miss it
      and good to know my Reds cap doesn't bring any luck. they only time they won with me wearing it was the August 29th game against Chicago

        Cant wait till the whiny Cards and their whiny fans are eliminated!
        So with his game winning HR last night has Votto locked up the MVP Award?
        I think he has as do many of the ESPN guys on baseball tonight.

          Yeah right six, TRY 4!! I actually need them to slow down so they can clinch on my birthday (Saturday). Its all I really want in terms or pesents.

            Well it was 6 when I made my post.
            Volquez is pitching his way into the post season rotation.
            Man I really want tp play the Braves in round one of the playoffs, I want no part of the Phillies right now.

              Yeah, we stand a decent shot against the Braves. Phils, like you, I don't want to mess with. They'll roll through I'm pretty sure, whoever they get. I'll take the Braves.

                Definitely want the Braves of the choices between Atlanta, Philly, SF or Colorado.

                                HA! When you said both had sky-high ERA's, one guy came to mind for the Pirates. I checked the box score to verify and, yes, it is Charlie Morton. As we speak they are dead-locked at 2-2 in th 5th. Quite the pitchers' duel.
