Re: 2010 Cincinnati Reds
I am looking at stubhub right now and there are seats together that are available. I think that's the route I'm going to go, I just need to find out the postseason schedule first to make sure I buy tickets to a game I can actually attend.Lux y VeritasComment

Re: 2010 Cincinnati Reds
I have met him a couple times and the man wears make up all the time, not just when he is on TV. He told my wife's brother once that he has to wear make up when in public because he wants everyone to see him just like they see him on TV.
I myself have only met and talked to him once and he is a nerd.
By the way Jeff Piecoro (spelling??) is a different story, he is a really nice guy and really does know sports. He also doesnt always wear make up!ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

My wife knows Jim Day and he is a hug WUSS!.

I guess Leake speaks the truth! A few weeks ago on a Saturday I was flipping around all the college football games on TV and landed on some Sun Belt conf game or some game between lower teir teams and heard Jeff Piecoro (looks right so i'm copying) doing color commentary and it was clear he really knew his stuff... Also sounded like football is his first passion. Anyway it made me respect him a little more too.
Doesn't Jim Day also do Blue Jackets games?Comment

He actually played football at UK, albeit he manly set the bench as a white 5'9" college receiver.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

Re: 2010 Cincinnati Reds
This is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read. Some people seriously need to get a life.
MLB: Cincinnati Reds
NFL: Cincinnati Bengals
NCAA Hoops: Xavier Musketeers
NCAA Football: Miami Hurricanes
NHL: Calgary Flames

Re: 2010 Cincinnati Reds
Yeah, I read the article about the health department about the Reds smoking cigars. I'm a huge non-smoker, but think this is really ridiculous. In one of the articles I read, it said it was probably a jealous Cardinals or Cubs fan...and I think they're right.
