Anybody else feel like Willie Harris has no business on the Reds roster? Bring up Janish to play 2nd or better yet Chris Valieka. Valaika showed promise and poise a few years back. Janish is stellar with the glove and can get bunts down.NFL:Packers
MLB:Reds/Tigers
NHL:Red Wings
NCAA:Michigan Wolverines.
F-1: Ferrari.

I would prefer Janish or Valaika over Harris. Harris can't hit worth a damn (I know the Reds have struggled offensively, but I have no faith in Harris improving) and worse has issues bunting. Defensively he is nothing special. I know he is a veteran guy but the Reds have younger guys who can help out this team more then Willie Harris.
Edit: Especially with BP having his early hamstring troubles we need a solid 2B to fill that gap when he has those days off. I don't think Harris is that guy.Last edited by Buckeyes_Doc; 04-24-2012, 01:34 PM.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

I think he's just on the team because he can play a bunch of positions. That has value but not if you make mistakes on the basepaths or on defense. I think Janish has been hitting the ball well at Louisville this year so far. I just wish he could hit better at the major league level. He's doesn't have to be an all-star. If Janish could just hit .260 again like he did in 2010 I'd be okay with that.MLB: Cincinnati Reds

Reds game yesterday was great.
I was 4 rows back in section 106, about 15 feet from the foul pole. When Buster Posey hit that shot, I was like NO..........................
Besides the 6th inning Latos pitched very well, and it was pretty funny listen to a couple of the fans saying stuff to Melky.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

Of course, Pagan shouldn't had even had a chance to hit that 3HR. Thanks Blue!
Should also be noted that after last night's start, Bronson Arroyo achieved 10 and 5 status.Last edited by jasontoddwhitt; 04-26-2012, 05:24 PM.Comment
