Yea, I'd rather him walk away before this becomes serious (if he hasn't looked it at like that already).

Don't really like Dusty as a manager. Well I do, its just the inexplicable decisions to start Corey Patterson and his clones.
But as a man, heard nothing but great things. So any ill will as a professional coach has no effect on my opinion of him as a person.
With that said, wish him all the best in recovery and hope he makes the decision that's best and smartest for his future.
In the meantime, let's win it all for Dusty!NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Reds' Dusty Baker had 'mini-stroke'
Dusty has won a World Series as a player and been there as a coach. I'm not really sure he has anything left to prove. Though his head is telling him to go on, his heart(body) is telling him to stop. Some people age more slowly than others. Dusty doesn't seem to be one of them. Win it all and enjoy the rest of your life, get well soon Dusty!Comment

How about that? Home Bailey with the no no!
Before last season I had given up on Bailey. I thought his ego was too big and didn't seem to want to give in that the coaches knew more than him. But after last year's All Star break, he has been a very good pitcher. He is finally becoming the pitcher we thought we had 5 years ago. Thankfully he is still young at age 26.
Between him, Cueto and Latos, the Reds have the potential to have 3 #1 starters in the rotation in the near future.#WeAreUKComment

I still wouldn't call Bailey a number 1, but solid 2 or good 3.
Great to see the Reds be on the positive end of a no hitter. Congratulations to Homer!
It's great to see the team not play out the string, but continue to play ball despite having locked up the division. Battling for playoff position too.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

That's what I think too. I really kind of wish Homer was starting game 2 in SF though. They should still be okay. We shall see. Seen lots of folks on the interwebs picking SF to win the series.MLB: Cincinnati Reds
NFL: Cincinnati Bengals
NCAA Hoops: Xavier Musketeers
NCAA Football: Miami Hurricanes
NHL: Calgary Flames

Hell of a season. Looking back, and correct me if I'm wrong, it doesn't seem we ever got too high or low besides right around the big winning streak, then we lost like 5 or 6 immediately following. That's what I like to see. Consistency. Streakiness can be fine but is rather win 2 of 3 then sweep one then get swept one.
We got a tough draw in SF. People talk matchups but I say to be the best, you gotta beat the best. Hell, we could potentially have to play the last 3 World Series champions to make it all the way (STL, SF, NYY). That would be extra sweet to pull off.
I'm very confident in our chances boys. I think we have as good a shot as anyone. I still feel as if this team isn't getting the attention it deserves. Lets make 'em all notice!NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Funny I was bitching about this and that at the beginning of the season. Just a reminder that it's a long season.Originally posted by MoJust once I'd like to be the one they call a jerk off.Originally posted by MoYou underestimate my lazinessOriginally posted by Mo**** ya
