The best way to describe my feelings for the Mets is how everyone felt about Bobby Brady after Cousin Oliver came. You used to hate Bobby but now he's just annoying because he feels he doesn't get enough attention. I swear if I have to hear one more Mets fan call up Mike and the Mad Dog and complain they didn't talk Mets until an hour into the show... I may just punch myself in the ovaries.

This is really random but have either of you been watching the Little League World Series? All these kids are the biggest bunch of bandwagoners I've ever seen. I don't understand how kids from Hawaii, Florida, and others are able to say, "My favorite team is the Boston Red Sox/New York Yankees and my favorite player is David Ortiz/Derek Jeter."How 'Bout 'Dem Boys From Beantown: 86-63Comment

Paplebon has looked very good in his brief stay in the majors. It's great to see some home grown talent.
Hopefully he keeps this up and we are able to give him some freakin run support.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. Too bad Papelbon won't get the win, good game though.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried.
