How the **** is the #1 overall seed get the hardest bracket?

And Duke...LOL at them being the #3 #1 seed and LOL at having a cupcake bracket.

And I'm getting tired of Dicky V sucking the ACC"s **** whining over Virginia Tech not getting in.

I'm still surprised that Duke got the #3 overall seed and 'Cuse got the #4. I understand Duke won their conference and conference tournament, but 'Cuse had a better overall record and road record against a tougher conference.
I love Louisville's draw. I'll be cheering hard for them, especially if they get by Cal and face Duke. Duke is so overrated and I can't wait to see them and the Cardinals in the 2nd round if UL takes care of business in their 1st game. Duke as a #1 seed over Syracuse is an absolute joke. Duke is overrated every season and there's no way they should have grabbed that 3rd #1.

Funny that WVU ended up with a potential 2nd round game with Missouri. That's the one team I specifically told my brother last week that I didn't want to see in the tournament because of their full court pressure defense and our inability to handle the press at times this year. Oh well, hopefully we can ride the momentum of the Big East Tournament and keep on rollin'. At least we're back in NY, which seems to be a home game for a lot of our guys so the crowd should be decent for us.

Lol. You can't compare UDub to ND.

I feel sorry for Illinois, but other then that.. the rest of the bubble has no one to blame. And I only feel sorry for Illinois because Florida got in. Give me Illinois over Florida.

Washington winning the Pac-10 conference tournament took Virginia Tech's bid imo.

            ESPN is 90% bamaclowns.

The last 3-5 years we've heard "there aren't any midmajors!!!!!!" and now it's "Utah St try playing in the Big East or ACC!!!!!!!"

As for VTech, they were listed in the ACC, but they only played 3 games total against the top 3 teams and lost them all while doubling up on the bottom 5 teams in the league and they still lost four games against the bottom of the ACC.

Seth Davis is a moron for thinking Illinois should be in the tournament.

Seth Davis is awesome for thinking Xavier will get to the Sweet 16.

BSPN is even more pathetic. Virginia Tech beat no one.

Illinois has the biggest beef out of all the teams that got left out. And MSU got ****** when the refs didn't call that lane violation on Wall.

Better opponents, better wins, more road victories, and in a better conference. Don't know how you can dispute that.
Well I don't know about more road victories. I only see 3 road victories for Notre Dame. I just don't see how they should be separated by 5 spots in the seeding.

And therefore are deserving of the easiest bracket since the inception of the NCAA tournament.

I'm not excited about WVU being in Kentucky's bracket, but on the other hand, I do like the regional finals being in Syracuse.

According to ESPN's Doug Gottlieb, the game should have never gone into overtime as John Wall committed a lane violation on a free throw in the final sequence of regulation (he apparently entered the three-point arc from outside the arc before the free throw attempt reached the rim; this went uncalled). As such, if Gottlieb is right, it should have been Mississippi State's ball, there would have been no chance for the tip-in play by Cousins at the end, and the Bulldogs would be in the tournament.

You're right. I apologize for not looking at Notre Dame's road victories. They only had 3. But they did beat Georgetown and Marquette on the road and lost to Louisville by 2 in OT.

I thought Cal would be an 8 seed and UW would be a 10 seed. Notre Dame is a bit surprising that they ended up a 6 because they were almost dead in the water 3 weeks ago. I probably would have put them 7 or 8, but then again, I'm not on the committee lol.
