He had the 2nd bet recruiting class in the ACC last year(2012) and has the 2nd best one so far in 2013(or first depending on what site you look at). How is he being out recruited by his ACC peers when it's 1 school(NC State) that had a better class last year and has a dead even class right now for best in conference?

Let's not act like UNC just stopped getting any talent at all. I don't see how the Big East schools coming affect the recruiting for UNC either. UNC rarely recruited head to head with SYR, PITT or ND. It's a little premature for the "sky is falling" statements.

      Well, this is encouraging:

      Jayson Jordan @JayJayUSATODAY
Jahlil Okafor Blog teaser. "I hate when coaches say 'Dont go set screens at Duke.' I don't even get where people get that from. It's a lie."

Allegedly him, Jones, and maybe Pinson. Duke is sitting in a really good position with Jones, and apparently they're in better shape for Okafor than I thought.

                Good get.

Tyus Jones (#1 2014 player according to ESPN) has his list down to 8, including the hometown Gophers.

Can't help but think the only reason he hasn't dismissed us yet is just to appease the fans/media. Tubby has really been going hard for this kid. I'll be shocked if we get him!

For me personally, I don't think "shocked" would quite describe Tubby landing him.

Duke is going to be very, very tough to beat. Especually for schools like Minnesota that aren't in the race for Okafor.

Just going to have to bank on him wanting to be the hometown hero at Minnesota instead of being the flavor of the week at Duke/UNC/etc./etc.

                          I'm giving us about a 1% chance!

KBD in particular is going to be a dogfight with Illinois and Purdue, and schools like Kansas and Duke are starting to show interest too.

UM's in on Trevon Bluiett and Jae'Sean Tate, too, but I haven't heard anything that makes me feel confident about Bluiett, and Tate's all Buckeye.
Bluiett isn't leaving the state of Indiana. I'm confident he'll end up at IU.
