The list of teams I sent wasn't the initial ballot...?

No they weren't, that was the team profiles that were half done that I needed to make corrections to. All you sent me was Harvard, Hampton and 3 other teams. So you didn't know what the initial ballot actually was which makes me doubt that you paid much attention to this. You also never sent me an email at [email protected], so I don't think you really read much of the thread.

I read about the whole thread, I just gave you a direct link instead of emailing you... I only put the teams that were supposed to make the tournament either by record or by winning a conference.

No such list existed on the link you sent me and I asked for a specific format. You were the only person not to email me.

To be fair, I can understand where some confusion could exist with the whole early selection process. Nevertheless, if this is going to be done right, everyone involved has to check this thread or the other at least once a day. Phenom has posted at least one update per day and it's important to check those out as they often contain specific information about what to submit and when to submit it by.

If there is anyone not included you may call for a vote on them so not is all lost now, then we can decide as a committee. Keep up the great work Phenom!

Speaking from experience, the pace is slow now but as it quickens, it is extremely helpful for each person to have their own list of teams in the field 1-68, as well as a second list of those under consideration teams, just to speed up the process as we will need to vote more quickly. Can go to you list and rattle the teams off in just a few minutes if you've done the work ahead of time instead of trying to evaluate teams and re-evaluate the same teams on the second vote.
