No. I don't want to see 7'2 females dunking on guys on Park. You know every 13 year old kid would just make a girl and then the whole game's gonna look ridiculous online.

Anyone agree? I have a friend who plays college basketball and loves playing 2k. It would be awesome to include them in myplayer and black top modes. Most people want to create a character they can relate to, why not include in in my player? GTA does it online?

This right here is the reason why 2k is not focusing on gameplay, servers ect, because of comments like this, you people care about lebron headband or melo isnt wearing his newest pair of shoes or we cant see players fatigue when you pull up sub menu. who cares about a female myplayer. let 2k focus on there potent aspects of this game instead of shooting stupid ideas in the air like female myplayers. For example, I think it was 2k10 that started with the draft combine, every one wanted something to make the game revolve around their player so they implemented draft combine. Throughout that year people wanted the fastest way to level up "I want my rookie to be rated 99 by the month of december" so 2k implemented vc for all you who wanted that and now it went downhill after that. So why in the HELL do you want something as stupid as female myplayer. Ya'll casual gamers messed the game up for us hard core sim players. Good Job!!!!! Keep the complaints rolling. I really don't see why many of you are so adamantly against this. As an option, sure, I wouldn't mind it being there if there was enough demand. To those of you saying that the NBA is a men's league - no it's not. When Mark Cuban said that he might draft Brittney Griner it may have been a publicity stunt, but the point is that women can play in the league. This article gives some nice insight into women in the NBA.

The NHL, which by all accounts is a more "manly" league than the NBA, allowed EA to put in the option to be a woman in their video games, so if they can then why can't 2k? Playing video games is meant to be fun. So why not let women in on some of the fun? All this bickering over adding a female option to the game is ludicrous. Does having it there take away from your experience? The answer is a big fat no, so seriously grow up and realize the fact that times have changed and having this idea implemented is not the end of the world.

I see you've been relatively new and are pulling a fast one mate. Blaming others and assuming how people play. Stupid ideas? Why are you here complaining about a concept, and not even giving an idea of what you want besides you claiming "Y'all casual gamers messed the game up for us hard core sim players" (Even though the game play is solid, with 2K needed to just improve everything after the base)

First off, don't joke about accessories, it's one of the most basic things to match (player likeness) and 2K screws that up.

Second off, I didn't hear people complaining about having to work for 99 overalls back then and that's sure not the reason why VC was created, which was last year and 3 years past.

The reason why VC and 2K Cloud Servers were made was for hack prevention and going along with the crowd and matching other companies standards.

The reason why you see things removed is not by people's requests, it's by 2K themselves. No one asked for VC/Cloud Servers. No one asked for anything to be removed (except VC and requirement of the cloud.)

2K now has possibly 75-100GB+ of space they can use, and what they are choosing to add/remove (without even notifying the community) is the problem.

Lack of communication is the problem between Virtual Concepts/2K and the community here/possibly anywhere. Not what the community wants/hate, haven't you guys noticed that a Wishlist thread is barely filled?

If you REALLY want something in the game, you have to keep saying it. Not like some of the Crew guys here who just wait for the information period, find the news, be disappointed, and then be practically AFK until next info period, you need to speak up 24/7/365.

I'm not saying that I do this, it's super difficult to bang the nail repeatedly, but it's probably at this point, one of the fewest ways to be heard besides knowing a coder/dev personally.

I think this is more about guys wanting to play as a female in 2k. I'm pretty sure women pick up 2k and say oh we can't create a female player? Then I don't want to play. 2k wouldn't implement this because it makes no sense. Look at COD how many new females bought the game because they can now play as a female. 1st off homie, me being "new" ain't got nothing to do with my comment. I've been on this forum just reading since 05, just recently signed up just to give some people some tips on how to beat cheesers online before the ps4 came out. This is only like my 3rd post as you probably can tell so I really don't care for getting banned or not. Can really care less. But with that being said "mate" don't feel like you on top off the world just because you might have made 100,000,000 comments on this forum, so I guess you feel entitled? People like you on this forum make me laugh, someone will make a comment about something and I guess some of the old heads like you "mate" look at how long the person made the comment has been on this forum and say "I see you are new to this forum, so you watch what you say because I'm the pioneer of this forum and this will get executed and banned from the face of this planet. Well, I guess you didn't read anything else besides the first sentence. Now you're just blowing it outta the water. You don't want this? Then why are you here? Are you just wanting to find a yelling match? Because you haven't made a serious or convincing point.

You say ideas like this is the reason why 2K caters to the causal (not really,) and then you go off because I say you're a new user and use "mate." (That fact of you being a new user is true and where's those tips? I read here too for couple of years, and even though I joined 2012, I consider myself new too.)

You're also not giving a true reason on why this idea isn't a good idea. Others have given good reasons (worrying about Draft classes being overfilled with women, how the attributes would react to women, etc.)
