It would be cool to redo the 2004 season and have an association for it. Have the 2004 draft after the season and see how it plays out different, then onto the 2005 season, etc. Can you imagine doing that with 30 users?

Re: Running List of Classic Teams That Could Be Added Featuring Players Already In Ga
Just a head's up: Some of the teams provided in post #1 wore jerseys NBA 2K does not yet have in their arsenal. I have attempted to identify those jerseys and provide photographic examples in the original post. If one feels so inclined, please peruse the team list and point out any jerseys I failed to include (that are not already in NBA 2K).
Here's a list of jerseys I've noticed missing for the teams mentioned in post #1 so far:
1988 Dallas Mavericks: Road (Green)
1994 Sonics: Home (White), Road (Green)
2002 Magic: Home (White), Road (Blue)
2004 Pistons: Left short leg features Horsepower logo, not the "P" currently used
2005 Sonics: Home (White), Road (Green)
2006 Mavericks: Road (Navy) - Uncertain as to whether this one is still in 2K
2006 Nets: Home (White), Road (Blue)
2008 Sonics: Home (White), Road (Green)Last edited by VDusen04; 09-09-2014, 11:26 PM.Comment

Re: Running List of Classic Teams That Could Be Added Featuring Players Already In Ga
95 Rockets
99 Spurs
01 Lakers
08 Celtics
all would be easy. 04 Pistons would be fun too, but a few guys (Wallaces most notably) are missing. One of the SSOL Suns teams, maybe a Mavs and Heat squad.
Old school teams from the late 60s-early 70s would be great (67 Sixers and Warriors, 69 Lakers and Celtics, bring back Kareem for the 71 Bucks, a squad with Gus Johnson, Hayes/Unseld Bullets).Comment

Re: Running List of Classic Teams That Could Be Added Featuring Players Already In Ga
Woolridge wasn't just in the showcase either, he was on the classic Bulls roster but was removed either last year or the year before.. He was removed after he passed away I think, so we may not see him back in the game.

Re: Running List of Classic Teams That Could Be Added Featuring Players Already In Ga
Just thinking guys... With Chauncey's retirement, and with that pretty much only leaving Tayshaun Prince left in the league, is this surely not the time for the 04 World Champion Detroit Pistons to be included in the game?
Thanks.Comment

Not in 2004-2005. They were 52-30
In 2k14:
-Ray Allen
-Nick Collisin
-Reggie Evans
-Rashard Lewis
-Vlad Radmanovic
-Luke Ridnour
-Damien Wilkins (pretty sure he was in, cant recall)Comment

Re: Running List of Classic Teams That Could Be Added Featuring Players Already In Ga
In the least, I wished to showcase how many teams could be included without necessitating too many new licenses. However, my giant Detroit bias tells me that the 2004 Pistons would be a very worthy inclusion regardless of whether more licenses had to be acquired or not. If 2K had room to expand in any regard at all, finding a way to get some of the '04 Pistons crew back on board would be a sound choice, in my opinion.Comment

Speaking of court art. I know the Chicago Stadium is in the game, but I was just wondering can that court be fix accurate to this :
