Well the Blazers picked up Leonard's option today but not robinson's, So it seems like Robinson is available... I don't know why, Leonard is not an NBA caliber player and robinson can be a good role player if he gets consistent minutes.

I've always liked his game, I'd hate to see him turn into a journeyman already at his age. He's a great bench player. I'd assume just basically any player above like 68 and a second round pickGig'em Aggies!Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
I could see Marcus Thornton if the salaries work which they may not. Boston has Avery, Turner and James Young who can all play the 2. They like Pressey too much and Will Bynum is another combo guard... Thornton seems to be the guy who could be traded. Problem is, his contract. The blazers don't have many guys they want to part with. Historically they overvalue players. The best I could do is...
Robinson and Freeland for Marcus Thornton. Maybe add a second rounder in there for Portland?
And I doubt they give up robinson and freeland, though.Beavers|Red Sox|Buccaneers|NBA HoopsComment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Using the Bucks and I'm trying to offload OJ Mayo aswell as a PG. We have 3, technically 5.
Kendall Marshall - best passer, he starts at 1
Brandon Knight - starting at 2
Giannis - Starting SF, but he gets some PG minutes in some situations
Jerry's Bayless And Nate Wolters who at essentially the same player across the board, one has too go.
I'm basically just trying to get younger and take on expiring contracts, picks. Not exactly sure where I should go for a trade.
I've been working on a trade for Jeremy Lamb and Kendrick Perkins contract, but I'm not quite sure what prices to offer up or request.

Anyone think a package of Brandon Knight, OJ Mayo and some expirings could get me Rondo? Would Rondo realistically resign with Milwaukee?

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
This isn't a trade question, but it will definitely lead to some. What do you guys think is a more realistic blow up/rebuild - Denver or Detroit? Personally I like the Nuggets a lot more than the Pistons, I'm just not sure if it's more believable to blow them up than the Pistons.
Basically in Denver it would be anyone other than Lawson, Faried and Gary Harris up for grabs; while if I go with Detroit I would solely focus on building around Drummond.
What do you guys think? Are there any other teams that you'd recommend (not young teams that are already full of young guys like Sacramento, Orlando, Utah, etc.)?

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
The moves the Nuggets are doing recently looking like they want to get back to the playoff race asap. Don´t think they will blow up the team any soon, just add piece by piece now.
Detroit has one cornerstone to build and some bad contracts around + the throne is free in the east atm. I don´t see many on the roster where they would say no for the right offer. If they play the cards right they could be a powerhouse again at the end of the decade. My favorite rebuild scenario this year.
Maybe the Hawks? There are 2 pieces with Teague and Millsap, Horford already hit the market last year. You could continue this road and finally try to get something out of this franchise.Comment

I considered the Hawks too. I would love to do the Griz but I don't see them letting Gasol walk or trading Z-Bo anytime soon.

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
What do you guys think of a straight swap of Marcus Thornton for Jason Richardson?
I''ve always been a big fan of Richardson's, and seem to always find a way for me to get him on my team, no matter who I'm using. This trade however would force me to look for a backup point guard as Thornton was going to split those duties with Pressey. If I do this trade, who would be a good backup point guard that won't cost too much and is attainable for a low price?
Some players that interest me are:
Norris Cole
Nate Robinson
Cory Joseph
Mo Williams
Ray McCallum
Robinson is probably the favorite for me. Again, this is if I do the trade for J-Rich.Last edited by UNDERTAKER1215; 10-28-2014, 09:14 AM.Boston Red Sox New England Patriots Boston Celtics Boston BruinsComment

If the contracts are even I don't see why not, it gives the sixers at least some sort of perimeter scoring threat.
