I will say this though, patience is key. And I will wait until Sept 25th and hand over MY money.

And I don't want to hear that 2K does this every year. Because that's the problem.


Take Assassins Creed for example. New game every year.


And we've seen nearly a good hour or more of Syndicate's gameplay and know plenty about their game this year.


And they make a killing and are very successful.


Respect the fans that pay your wage 2K.


On topic, why have we not heard/seen more at this point? Please answer LD2K or ANYONE at 2K (noticed a deleted message).


Noting the game is out earlier this year, so we should see things earlier this year (and that's following the broken model of info/gameplay release).

Serious question. Why do you NEED to see video 37 days out from release? Why do you NEED to read a blog about new features 37 days out from release?

I get why you would want to see video but why is it necessary? How is 2k "disrespecting fans" by not releasing video a month out from release?

Lets play this out: So lets say 2k decides to ignore you and releases a bunch of videos on Sept 1.

Now if you hate how the game looks, you just saved 60 bucks. If you like what you see, you will buy the game and everyone is happy.

No one needs to see video right now. If you think this game is the same as last year and that wont make you happy, dont preorder the game.

****, even if 2k never released video, there will be plenty of people streaming the game the week before release. You could always wait until then.

No video game company owes you videos/publicity/press. Its 2k's game and they can decide how they want to roll out a game.

All this is is a bunch of noise. We all know 2k is going to release videos. We all know they arent hiding the game. We all know that we will get plenty of information about new features before release. We know all of this.

So lets stop acting like entitled brats and be patient.

On topic I am hoping 2K have a nice big TNT type of announcement and that's why info is being held on to.


I imagine Czar is going to have some GREAT additions to gameplay. And some of the control changes seem interesting.

No one said it was "hard" for 2k to release information. If they wanted to they could send Steve a bunch of videos and blogs featuring all the info about the game they want.....but thats not how a marketing rollout works.

They have proven over the years that their marketing plan works. They release a ton of information in late August thru September. While the competition stretches its information out, they prefer to drop a ton of it on you with a month out. This plan has been used for years and never negatively affected sales.

Im late to the party this year and also this thread. Is there any announcement on gameplay or any other type of news. You know how ronnie usually announces when the announcement will be. Feel like we are getting close to that time of year
