Don't worry man, I'm done with this now. I'm taking 17 back to trade it in next week. There's just some things that are more important than others - the GOAT being constantly nerfed every year just aint cutting it with me anymore.

No converse at all when I looked. Only around 3/4 retro Nikes And only one Retro Reebok shoe I think. Unless they're adding them all back in via updates, they've removed loads of them from last year.

VDusen you should post more Screenshots from the video like 96 Bulls Rodman, 86 Bird, Oscar Roberson, David Robinson. They are all huge improvements over 2k16.

In general 2K has done a very good job, specially when updating some guys like Mark Price and Bill Russel, who now resemble the real thing.
Joe Dumars, on the other hand, is atrocious!!!! He is horribly ugly, just a huge letdown. I don't like Isiah and Stockton. Both are also far from their real persona.

It's just not for me. Too many things I can't get past. Guess I was spoilt with 2k11 & 12. They giveth and they taketh away.

I perfectly understand what you are feeling, man. I only buy 2k for retro teams, nothing else. To this day I stuck to NBA 2k13 ( I have the real Barkley in the 85 sixers, have edited all players from tendencies to visuals the way I like and the gameplay is good) and can't accept 2k going backwards when it comes to retros.

A few facial upgrades isn't gonna make up for the removal of pivotal players and teams, not to mention the constant downgrade of Jordan every year. The guy is supposed to be one of the best ever, yet they've been doing him dirty since 2k13.

I know the games advance wiith gameplay and function every year, but what good is that if they don't give us accurate representations of players.

Again, 2k11 and 2k12 probably made me take all this for granted, but that's just how it is.

I enjoyed 2k12 a lot too but 2k13 gameplay is much better for me. Plus I have the 92 dream team Barkley in the 85 sixers squad, just could not let it pass.

Dumars still looks off to me but most of the faces get A+ grade. Really no complaints except for a few exceptions here and there .

That's really too bad because they did so much GREAT work on the legends this year. I was shocked Rodman looked as he good when I played against the Bulls. Kerr also looked great. And so did Kukoc. It was actually hard to tell them apart from the modern scanned players. I was extremely surprised and was wondering if it was some placebo effect due to the new lighting. No, they were remodeled and some of them look better than they ever had, including in 2K11 and 12.

But it's sadly they didn't even touch Jordan when improvements could have been made, and actually seemed to have taken things away from him.

My only issue with the Bulls Rodman is it seems they went from making him looking a bit too young to a bit too old. That screenshot from 2K17 sort of makes it look like present-day Rodman with Danny Trejo's skin. Absolutely an upgrade over whatever they used to have though (even dating back to last gen).
