or should i get 2k16 due this kind of things ?

      thanks
2k14 has better courts, better looking player models and imo the most amazing sountrack . 2k17 has better faces, nore depth, better animations and gameplay is more enticing. I choose 17 without hesitation. On the court it's way better. I'll take the downgrade in visuals for that reason. But that's just me.

I still think if you say only lighting looks better this year you're flat out wrong. Faces look better, courts are better, and models are better in general. That doesn't mean they are perfect, but they are better. A lot of blind hate going on imo.

IMO on the court the skinny models look ok. Maybe adding some muscle definition to them would make it better up close. Or maybe i just don't mind it. I only hav issues with the lighting in certain arenas. Barclays and Staples don't have that "theater" effect lighting

2K guys, if you're reading this...

So I highly doubt the 2K16 models can/will be patched in. But can you at least give the skinny guys (minus a few like Ingram) a body that's already in the game?

Looking around last night, Elfrid Payton's body would be the best available for guys like Giannis, Wiggins etc. Also use Elfrid's skin tone for Giannis as well.

Will you PLEASE make this happen. You'd make a lot of your customers happy.

And if anybody here knows anybody at 2K who could make this happen, I'll give ya $50. No lie.

I recommend people Tweet this to the guys at 2K, and pray they see it and are able to do this.

I don't know why they have the option in the game to change muscle definition since it doesn't do anything. In 2K15, if you changed it (normal/lean/ripped) you could actually see it on your player.

One thing for certain is that you won't see the corrections for the skinny body types until 2k18. If they fixed it now they won't have anything 'new' and 'improved' for next year.

I remembered being one of the no.1 complainers of the long baggy shorts that some of the classic teams in 2k11 had eg. Stocton and Malone and the bad boy Pistons and they never fixed it untill 2k12.

That's just how the sports videogame industry works guys they can't and won't give you perfection in one year... I know it sucks but it's the truth.

The truth is also that it takes time and energy to constantly redo player models when that could have been spent on other art specific areas.

You're working on an art project. You've completed the job. Next year, you decide to redo the same art project by making modifications. The following year, you decide to redo the same art project and make additional modifications. The year after that, you redo the same exact art project that's been modified to make additional modifications. The cycle continues. Rinse and repeat.

That doesn't seem time, energy or resource efficient when that same time spent making annual modifications could have been spent working on art concerns (i.e. uniforms, colors, hair physics, making players eyes sparkle with life, cloth physics, players visibly taking off their warm-ups, players handing their towels off to the towel boy/girl, working on crowds returning to their seats with food and drinks, along with consuming those food items, other areas that add additional visual improvements, end of the game player interactions, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.).

Then they shouldn't have re-done them for 2K17, since the 2K16 models were better.

That's their M.O., to fix and redo things that were ok in first place on yearly basis.

Engage post changes yearly from R2 to Triangle and back.
Right stick gets constant changes yet its almost all the same.

Quick subs and plays were fine for years so why not instead of what was working, how about we introduce a laggy right stick so no one can change more than 1 player on the fly per possession? Not enough? How about we add triangles and hexagons to right stick controls?

Timeouts seem to be way too simplistic... time to make them more complex so that you require a 10 page manual to navigate them.

                              etc

Lmao so much wasted time, energy and effort into areas that needed none.

Maybe next year... they introduce touchpad + hexagons.
