My pick n roll and screen defender AI guys suck ***....

When the offensive player rolls off the pick, I follow the offensive player.

My AI assistant defender just stands there and doesn't even attempt to follow the screener. The screener drives towards the hole and there's nothing I can do when the player I'm covering dumps it off to him for an easy dunk.

How do you tell the AI defender to actually follow the screener instead of just ignoring his reponsibility?

How do you play half court offense in this game?

I like to play inside out where my big man goes for the low post and if he's doubled, he kicks it out to the open man on the 3 point line.

      Here's the problem.

The outside game doesnt work. I have 3 guys with A+ ratings on 3 pointers and they can't hit better than 25% on 3s, even if they are wide open.

How do you get A+ 3 shooters to hit wide open 3s? They should get those at least 60% of the time in this game but its rare to get higher than 30%

Any suggestions for basic dribble to help get past a CPU defender? It just seems unreasonably difficult to drive past defenders even when I have Kyrie Irving or Steph Curry. I understand I should be able to drive past a defender everytime but I'm just really struggling to find dribble moves that are very effective.

Any help in terms of exact button/stick moves would be great. I'm on Xbox One

The combo with RT+Flick RS away from basket is quite effective

Only things I really worry about are Press Trust & Player morale. Having a higher Press trust means they will give you really easy questions (ones with answers that make everyone happy, or give better boosts). Questions like the "Two BIG wins in a row" or "What area of the team are you most happy with?" If your press trust gets too low (Under 40 or so I think), they'll start hitting you with the questions with no good answers.

Keeping player morale up is the most important part of MyGM. Try to keep everyone around 75 or higher. Never promise anyone anything, promises are still completely broken this year. Use your GM level upgrades to get the +15 and +30 morale boosters for when your bench players complain about playing time.

Other than that, keep winning games and making money and the owner opinion will take care of itself
That's a good point. Any tips for getting out of the red? Do you change prices yearly? Gates, merchandise, etc? How to make it "profitable "?

Agree. I play custom HOF sliders, winnable, more exciting.

A custom slider is just that, custom slider.

All Star is when you want "fair".
Rookie is when you feel sadistic.
Hall of Fame is when you feel masochistic.
Custom is when you want at what "degree" you want to enjoy the game.

Just some suggestions. On default HOF sliders, u can lower the boosted attributes, else u will feel the cpu always play a step faster than u. Most notably, adjust the speed.

                                2 questions:

                                1) On alley oops the player on the receiving end almost always tends to lay it up rather than dunking it. Ex: I've thrown great lobs to KD or Javale and both almost always tap it to the hoop when I know they can jam it with no issues, and sometimes their lay ins miss! Any suggestions?

                                2) I use the Warriors in MyLeague and want to have my rotations set where I have the "death lineup" on the floor the majority of the game. Any suggestions as far as how to set up minutes to achieve this?
