Kind of how Real Player % works for the user?
Speaking of that, Mike, I keep hearing from others (and think I am observing myself) that the Real Player % option does not overrule the new layup timing mechanic. Poorly timed layups seem to brick at a very high rate on that setting, where the timing shouldn't matter at all. Is there any truth to this or are we imagining it?Comment

i just got duoble teamed on the perimeter like always.2k18 fixes
Bigs can cover to much ground on defense(they are too fast)
Late contest on laups matter too much.
Random blocks doing pumpfakes.
Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.Comment

Update is definitely in affect. This is after 1 quarter on SS difficulty.
Score looks realistic, stats look spot on, and I'm sure those FG% will creep up as the game goes on.
So far, so good. I'm also noticing the fix with the double team and help defense!! The AI aren't getting blatant, wide open shots anymore. I've noticed that when there's a breakdown on D, it's my fault, or the player is a bad defender. Much much much better in this aspect.
Pass speed has also been toned down, I know a lot of guys were anxious about that, but the passes feel a lot more normal now.
You actually get rewarded for playing good defense! Absolutely incredible. If you stick to your guy and force them to take a bad shot, you'll reap the benefits. This was not present before this update.
Guys can still get hot, I had the Pacers take a 9 point lead on me thanks to Ellis and George getting going. Bosh started the game slow for me, but once he picked it up, we clawed right back.
The pace is a lot less frantic, foul numbers look good, and the AI plays with smart basketball. No more barreling into the paint, no more just jacking up 3s, they actually play with a purpose and it feels amazing.
You guys have to play this game with this update. Mike, thank you so much for getting this out so quickly for us, THIS IS the game people will be playing non stop now. Game play is absolutely incredible.
There may be a few more tweaks needed here and there, but from what I'm seeing now, we should all be very happy with this update.

Played Raptors\Cavs
The tuner has to be in effect...I saw Kyrie miss two open 3's....it has to be, lol
Players can still knock down open shots too...the Raptors got hot in the 2nd knocking 3's down.

Safe to say we're in business boys. This is after the first half. Shooting percentages really do look great.
Only thing I'm still wishing for is less uncontested shots in the paint. Seems impossible to defend with any consistency downlow.
Other than that, game is playing fantastic.

Oh wow i had a game 73-67 at Half Time on All-Star and finished 117-103 instead of 140-135!!!
Now become some easy this difficulty time to change at Superstar!! But this is great! Gameplay is a bit slower wich is always good!

Well for me it's just in now!
Edit: Noticed right after that my difficulty has gone to Custom so you better check your settings to default difficulty levels that you play to test it out.
