It truly was. I watched game 1 and 2 of 1993 series yesterday. The video had the full broadcast and buildup to the game. Interesting to get a look into the feeling and narratives going on at the time. I’m working on a 1993 roster for PC and having a blast so far. I wasn’t even alive at the time, so I’ve had to do some heavy research for this roster.

i give you respect to try to make roster of season that happened before you were born. I wont touch any season i dont remember any part of . Good Luck. I made that 1993 season for 2k17 it was alot of fun.
I am sure yours will be great too."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Yeah it is definitely a challenge getting the role players done. I typically tackle rosters falling between 2006-2011 (maybe my favorite era). I make my big Ultimate Retro Roster (filled with classic teams from all eras) and then any additional single seasons that I find interesting. First year trying a season this far back. Previously I've only gone as far back as 1997/98.Comment

One thing that's frustrating is the lack of retro shoes in this years 2k.
I can recall over the years we've had a ton of old school kicks to help with immersion but we seem to have very little to work with in this game.
I commend you for putting together specific season rosters - I don't have as much time as I used to so I haven't even scratched the surface of editing the standard classic teams we got out of the box.
Signatures/accessories/Shoes/play types/badges/tendencies..... urgh!

It can be a grind for sure. Especially if you start these rosters over from scratch each new game like me. The lack of retro shoe options frustrated me too, so I went in and manually edited/created some more retro shoes just for the roster. It takes a lot of time and motivation (665 hours on steam)

Great work! I just might have to pick up 2K20 for this.

Honestly, with all the rebranding options in MyLeague, it is a shame they haven't added the ability to make these kind of edits in roster creator for console. They let people uploaded custom images for MyTeam, but not for offline.Comment

Super interested in this. Do you have courts to go along w roster? Been looking for the Mj bulls court with ball behind bull at center court.

I do have some custom courts, but you would have to ask the user sticky-fingers on the NLSC about that Bulls oneComment

Re: LEGENDS Thread - NBA 2K18 & beyond: (Accessories, jerseys, sig styles etc)
Forgive me because I’m not sure it was this exact thread, but I remember seeing a post some time ago that Casey Jacobsen was included in the wrong draft class year when he was put into the game. I’m having the hardest time finding him, or the post that said which one he was in. I desperately want to see if he is one of the players in the draft class whose body type is editable.
Anybody know which class it was? or if I upload his DNA into a draft class if I could still edit shoulder width etc.?

Re: LEGENDS Thread - NBA 2K18 & beyond: (Accessories, jerseys, sig styles etc)
Is that iverson a mod or the rookie iverson hidden in the game files ? And also does anyone else find it funny that some of the jersey years 2k have under their jerseys are inaccurate lol

Re: LEGENDS Thread - NBA 2K18 & beyond: (Accessories, jerseys, sig styles etc)
it’s smal things like this that make a big difference. With Allen Iverson being my fav player, it still irks me that they gave him a full goatee and long sideburns in 2k. Idk why but it really makes me not want to play with him. I hope they just fix the goatee so that it’s not that long and it’ll look perfect because it’s not a bad model. The modders did it
