Because WOW did they gut that entire thing. I mean you can't even change the players skin tone from what I can see? I don't even see an option to change the players hair?

That's just insane. There must be a different system for the roster and draft class creators

I'm hoping man being a draft class maker this is really disappointing

I don't think you can edit...it looked like weight is tied to size. Personally I don't like it done that way. There are some guys out there that looks heavier than they are....

            Re: New CAP system

CAP for offline play is a huge element to the game that has needed an overhaul for years. I, along with many others, have been asking for improvements in this area since I signed up.

The CAP system for MP looks underwhelming and if that's a sign for what's to come in offline modes, then I think i'll pass up buying another ps4.

It shouldn't be a major feature announcement which it probably will be bext year, and they'll use it as a selling point knowing how big of a community they have in regards to Draft Class creators.

What's the best facial creator ever? IMO, NBA Street Homecourt was heading in the right direction...
...we held several meetings to discuss the future of the franchise. After going through those meetings, it became very clear that the vision I had for the game was different from where the leadership wanted to take it. I parted ways with EA shortly after...

So, in the videos showing MyPlayer, it shows you can edit wingspan, but I haven't seen anything about editing shoulder width/torso length..

I don't play My Player, so my question is, was it this way last year too when creating your MyPlayer?

I just really hope they didn't remove the ability to edit NBA players' (offline) shoulder width/torso length.

                Re: New CAP system

I think someone may have mentioned this earlier but I was thinking about it and I guess taking out most of the customization in CAPs made it easier for the MyLeague/MyGM team to remove the hideous random generated players for draft classes.

that seems terrible. There are Raymond Felton types, Jamaal Tinsley types, Tayshaun Prince types, and Thon Maker types. Body types are diverse

This is soul crushing if true. We all play this game for different reasons and the biggest one for me is creating draft classes and classic/legendary players.

I don't care tbh nobody's really gonna fact check on a player's actual weight the listed weight is usually wrong anyway.

Missing the point....lets say you're trying to to create a skinny athletic looking center but nudging the weight slider turns him into chunky butt.

Also if you don't care why even post?

                            THIS.

I'm hoping this isn't the case but it sure seems like a step back.

I like being able to hae different body types and more hair, but they should have improved the sculpting.
We'll find out in 3 days.

If 2k doesn't make it a priority to improve this area next year, then I'm done buying these games. As a draft class maker I've felt completely abandoned ever since the move to "next gen"
