I haven´t test it yet, does this affect how many badges the players get??
Because on the default settings, there is definitely not enough badge progression.

I have not simmed or tested badge development or the impact of moving the sliders. I do like my contract results with potential knocked to zero with minutes up, maybe around 75, I forget.

Every year there’s some kid with no nba experience in the mode witha potential B- rating who won’t take minimum or 2-way deals with his sorry 72 OVR because he won’t take a dime under $4m or more cuz he thinks he’s ALL THAT.

Not anymore with my slider set. It makes it easier to hunt for value developmental role players in FA.

I'm big on immersion. I honestly didn't expect much of anything new here but I have been pleasantly surprised by some stuff in ML. I like how they acknowledge the player of the week and brining up the power rankings and how a team is moving up or down. Very nice touch. I like showing the schedule and upcoming games and making predictions.

The arenas and lighting get a lot of hate in 2K but I think they look as good as ever. I can see details in the arenas. Milwaukee has that weird circle thing. The arena in Phoenix is well lit, and the lighting just looks great. Plus they all have the little touches like the score and game stats throughout. I'm not sure, but the organ in OKC and some of the other sounds in the arena seem to apply to only them. Either that or I just haven't played enough. Still, each place really does feel different.

Im about to start a MyLeague with Oklahoma however my first game is vs New York and not Golden State. It seems it is last years schedule.
Anyone else have this happen?

Im about to start a MyLeague with Oklahoma however my first game is vs New York and not Golden State. It seems it is last years schedule.
Anyone else have this happen?

I just created a MyLeague with MKE and have the right schedule... What did you do when creating your save?

I didn't do anything. When first started went to schedule and saw it was last years

I'm ****ing LOVING how customizable player progression/regression is. Player progression is the most interesting aspect of following the NBA for me, and i feel like i've seen ALL the trends over the past 15 years. I feel like i can really shape the NBA landscape to the way i believe it is in real life. <3

There is a new slider for badge progression that differentiates between progression for people with Team Player badge, or with Extremely Confident badge (polite way to say selfish egotist?) and neither of those.

Saw that last night. I'm unsure how to use this tool yet, in the NBA there is no correlation between a player being team/self orientated and his progression imo. I'd say there is a fairly even spread of selfish players who develop fast or slow as there is with team orientated players. I think player selfishness is more tied to their feelings about playing time, contracts and role in real life.

How are you guys interpreting/using that tool?

I discovered that quick edit screen last night -- it was a "WOW" moment, editing the peak starts/ends is definitely going to make getting through a draft class so much easier now.

That was in my wish list post last year. You're welcome.

Edit: I wonder if the "team player" and "extremely confident" badges were based on my suggestion too: :O

-Make it so there's some way to indicate whether a player is more focused on himself or his team. This should effect contract negotiations, team chemistry, how annoyed he is about playing time, whether his morale is more affected by his own performance vs his team performance.

Sorry for the triple post, but i just watched a video by Da_Czar and he said that registering bugs/feedback in the "2K support" system is our best bet for getting heard. He said that's how things get noticed, because it registers with their system. Good to know.
