I get it but you know as well as i do that this community outside of simnation is very disrespectful

Like that fruit cake Flight... I dont even know why they invite him to their functions. He was a lame NBA Live fanboy whom EA dookied on and cut him loose and 2k probably let him come out of sympathy but hes been smart mouthed the entire time

Now he's asking Mike what does he go to work for. The last thing 2k needs to do is listen to someone like him who was pumping up Live 13 and 14 when everybody knew the games were complete garbage.

Its getting out of hand.

Gears of War 5 is having the same problems but I dont see their fans melting down on social media like the devs beat their mothers up.

Wish i could say what i really want to but im close to just blocking the word 2k out of my browser altogether.

Another thing, this is NBA2K, not park2k or rec 2k...

Half these dudes don't know anything about the league nor do they care and that's the saddest part about all of this

Online gaming has been the worst part of this generation of games and has ruined the systems in more than one way.

I honestly dont think there is a more toxic community out there, especially for comapnies that make worse games.

At some point the devs are going to stop talking to people online altogether for stuff exactly like that.

Game has been out 2 days and ive seen people talking about folks losing their jobs already.

It really makes you wonder do they play other games, or do they even have fun playing games.

Some guy said his ps4 is useless because 2k servers were down... What a fraud. All of the games Sony released along with multi plats and he doesnt use his ps4 for anything else?

I don't think the 2K community is the most toxic, there are farrrrrr more toxic communities out there for other MP-oriented games like Overwatch and R6 Siege.

That being said, they do seem to be more upset about no re-spec, bad servers, no new Neighborhood etc. (aka, actual things that were mentioned pre-release that then have not happened) than the gameplay.

Well, I don't have an issue with that. What im saying is most of those people seem to not realize it is still NBA2K and won't even touch anything else, even the NBA portion otherwise.

I am in agreement the other stuff should be fixed though. I always wonder why companies dont let 3rd parties handle the server stuff like AWS or MS

Of course not, but thats the place where the feedback is taken and immediate changes occur as a result.

I just dont understand why, when anything posted about the game is met with 300 toxic posts every time

I'm the Spurs, playing on default Superstar. I took just 30 minutes to practice last night and I'm already winning games on this difficulty setting and hitting a good percentage of my shots. Anyone who says there's a problem with shooting just can't be serious. The problem is that people don't want NBA 2K, they want NBA Jam or NBA Street. They don't want to practice, they just want to start the game and shoot greens all day.

There is a problem with shooting - the cpu outside game is too weak on default. User isn’t the issue imo. The cpu shot poorly from deep in your game and I was seeing that all the time. Cpu mid range and 3 pt should be 60+ on all-star for offline or they shoot too poorly imo. Maybe not as high if they release better on higher difficulties.

That is true, but I meant on the user side, since some people on Twitter are complaining about not being able to make shots, which clearly isn't an issue.
