The NBA just banned Ninja style head bands... We just got them in the game lol

They were already on them, they were wearing them inside out to hide it.

I REALLY hope 2K Twitter doesnt mess up this game man. I love the fact you can leave a below average 3pt shooter open and he won't make it every time. If I am remembering correctly, the league as a whole last year shot wide open 3s at 48%. Last year it seemed regardless of who you left out there it was going in.

2K needs to just go the Madden route and have a 'Sim' style mode, an 'arcade' style mode, and 'competitive'. Not sure why they haven't done this yet

Yeah NBA 2K had a Sim mode years ago. People complained. Madden got Sim, Arcade, Competitive modes, but to be honest all 3 modes play the same and Madden still tune all 3 of those modes to online play. So the modes don't matter if companies tuning everything to online regardless.

So my latest game with offensive rebounds at 100, defensive rebounds at 0:

CPU

24 offensive
33 defensive

Me:

7 offensive
28 defensive

It was awesome and played out like it should have since they were the better rebounding team compared to my team ratings wise.

One legacy issue I'll never miss when it's finally gone:

Players taking wide open, point blank layup opportunities and doing everything in their god-given power to attempt that layup as close as humanly possible to the nearest defender for no reason whatsoever.

This is the computer controlling the Bucks, but I have it happen to me multiple times a game as well. There's just no reason in the world for this to be anything but a bunny banked off the glass with one's feet pointed at the backboard. Instead, I get Moncrief's feet pointed toward half court, he goes to his right hand on the left side of the court, leans away from the hoop, and double-pumps. I would have pulled 10 out of 10 of my own high school players if they ever pulled a stunt like that.

Alright the WNBA might need their own shooting sliders. The skill gap among the teams is way too great. You either have a team that can shoot or a team that can't shoot beyond 2 feet of the basket. Played as the Mystics, they can't shoot to save their life. Went into season mode because that is the only way you can see the WNBA players ratings and stuff, sure enough, team full of bad shooters, bad rebounders.

Speaking of WNBA roster I guess the only thing that would make one of them dunk is if they have the contact finisher badge. Everybody on that roster have a 25 dunk rating except 1 who is 28 and another that is 30. Majority of them have jump ratings in the 50s. So far only seen one dunk and she has a 25 dunk rating but has the contact finisher badge, her jump was in the 50s.

So yeah, that is what I will do, have WNBA shooting slider set.

Anyone notice that weird little neck movement pretty much every free throw shooter does? Lol, not a big deal but breaks immersion a bit.

Also the time it takes for the ref to give the ball to the freethrow shooter is frustrating lol been annoying me for years

Body-Up Sensitivity may be the better choice than changing Driving Contact Shot Frequency. Bette Defense, especially on rotations, yet by lowering Body -Up Sensitivity you get realistic animation/action when a player beats his man of the dribble. I’m testing it at 30. Seems more like basketball to me.

Patch just came out. ( See how that effects everything )
