I’d like to see them patch a tiny detail for sliders. When I switch between user and human please don’t bring me back to the top of the menu. Leave it at the same spot please. I thought it was like that in ‘19 but not this year.

Also, the lag on tipoffs is really long this year. Ball goes up let us jump immediately please. Not sure why there is such a delay.

Just noticed after the patch they have a defensive coverage percentage indicator on every player. It’s distracting at first. I think I may like it but am not sure lol. Only shows up once in awhile.

Fatigue really messes up your shooting this year. Go into scrimmage with shot feedback on and play until everyone is exhausted. Even good shots will start to register as very early or very late and it's gonna be Brick City population 5.

I think stamina is punished harder now. I use auto subs and I see guys getting more tired. By end of game quite a few Gatorade symbols. And maybe as a result I saw my second in game injury. Right wrist to Giannis on a loose ball.

really solid game, and the most customizable sports game across any genre.

the amount of sliders is ridiculous, and the fact the gave you a definition as to what the sliders do is a plus.

            ...
Yeah this is a small detail, but really annoying. And it´s "new", because previous versions didn´t have this.

Sometimes I´m asking myself, if they do this on purpose or simply overlook things like this??
Same with the Takeover-Icons. Last year, you could turn them off, this year not.

The demo had me excited for a slower more thought out basketball game that didn’t have you turboing all the time. Dribble moves had the cpu fooled unlike previous years where it just read your inputs.

Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the full game. Plays nothing like the demo. It’s a mess. Players erratically running around and into each other, cpu rarely falls for dribble moves just like previous years now, colourful numbers flashing up I can’t turn off. Dribble Animations that send me across the court and out from a stand still.

God I hope Live release a game or something changes cause it’s been out a week and I’m over it already

This is the computer controlling the Bucks, but I have it happen to me multiple times a game as well. There's just no reason in the world for this to be anything but a bunny banked off the glass with one's feet pointed at the backboard. Instead, I get Moncrief's feet pointed toward half court, he goes to his right hand on the left side of the court, leans away from the hoop, and double-pumps. I would have pulled 10 out of 10 of my own high school players if they ever pulled a stunt like that.

The cherry on top is one of those wack droopy block animations.

I hate everything about that sequence and I look forward to the day it never happens again.
That problem is not new, maybe since 2k16 they have this problem, it's been a long time. You are 100 % right about it. The problem is they use fixed animations, so regardless of the position of the defenders he would go and try to finish with that angle, that's predefined move. That's on 2K

Eh....Everyone has their own impressions/ interpretatons, but this is the first time since 2K16 the CPU actually does respond to dribble moves and fakes....a bit surprised at that comment.

Pretty sure the last paragraph is the key the key though, it definitely isnt Live...

I think one of my biggest complaints right now is the spacing at times....guys standing too far out behind the three point line when I need them to be ready to shoot. The shot windows are already super tight on higher levels, so I need them to be in position when the defense rotates. I wonder if this will improve when Czars stuff starts being implemented as usual.

I still hate that the speed has been adjusted, but like 24th Letter was saying, the complexity and depth of the game don't seem to have changed, so I guess I can deal with it now that I've had time to calm down. I'm hitting scrimmage mode and trying out all the offensive and defensive options.

Why does the rim look unrealistic in nba 2k20 ? It was like that in nba 2k19 as well, just look how good it was in nba 2k15 and see the real nba rim on the bottom.

                          <a href="https://ibb.co/BfZfzTf"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/BfZfzTf/rims.jpg" alt="rims" border="0"></a>

The orange color on the rim looks so unrealistic that it looks like it was painted in MS Paint

Same thing with the ball, again if you go back to NBA 2k15, go see a video here, the ball looks round like it should be and the floating of the ball feels natural and when players palm the ball it looks realistic:

Come back to 2K20 again, go watch the ball, it looks bigger, like an orange rubber or a baloon floating:

If you watch the flight of the ball when a guy is shooting you can better understand what I mean.

So did the game get better in 4 years or worser ? If you can't design the ball and the rim, right... It's 2019...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATK410Gw-30 Even THAT. 7 years ago looks better than 2K19, 20 and etc... But this was when 2K was caring about to create the BEST NBA simulation video game experience possible. Now they are trying to make the game as appealing as to the young generation, how to sell more VC's to them, how to keep them engaged in online modes to get more $$ out of their pockets. Nobody is caring about an NBA offline simulation game .. Only us. Who cares about us ? Nobody. 2K definitely doesn't. It's obvious, end of story. Stop acting like this game is wonderful, they don't care about putting up a great NBA experience in a video game last 4 years. They don't.

It took me a few days to get the hang of and timing of James harden, but once you do it’s special. You can replicate his lulls and pesky like style of play.

This on HOF and the computer does bite on your fakes, dribble moves, triple threat ect.

You need timing, stick skills and to be able to read and react quickly. I love that they get faked out, but they also recover in short order.

[emoji38] Joker was completely lost on that first one. Straight up jumping at nothing. Love it. CPU definitely reacts to the offense, even on HOF.
