After a tough first game, I kinda figured it out, as a PG, just spam the pick and roll, use Brinkley's gym to lose on purpose and level up the badges a little bit, turn the shot meter off, and I've been rolling, after 20 attempts in game one, the rest have been much easier lmfao... I'm so sorry that the next game won't launch for you, that's ridiculous, even uninstall and reinstall didn't work??

Having a blast so far on my first next gen mycareer experience on my 2 way mid-range maestro center. Won the chip with UConn, elected to still go into the g-league for the MyPoints bonus and won the chip there too.


Getting closer to the starting lineup with the Pistons as I also enjoy the side activities as well, giving a little life to my characters world. I won't be asking for a trade and am excited to try and turn this team into a contender.


edit: My only gripe so far is the random in-game cut scenes that stop commentary like free throws, subs etc. I like the scenes themselves, but I hate getting taken right out of commentary and then back in when it stops but I don't want to turn off commentary. Is there any way to turn off the scenes?

Just started MyCareer a couple days ago and just wont the College Championship, I read it's best to go the the G-league but should I do Chris Brikley next? Also how do I ultimately get to the Celtics? Do I need to play for their G-league team?

Also the fashion and music quest is that something that I have to wait to get to the NBA to do?

Having horrible teammates has always ruined this mode for me. And when I’m no longer on their team they play like superstars lol.

Just started MyCareer a couple days ago and just wont the College Championship, I read it's best to go the the G-league but should I do Chris Brikley next? Also how do I ultimately get to the Celtics? Do I need to play for their G-league team?

You should do Brikley if you want to get badges and stuff fast. The only way to get drafted by the Celtics is try to keep your stock around where they pick. Most likely you won’t be picked by them. You’ll have to demand a trade when the rumors about you asking for a trade start. If you decided to get traded, make sure the first team you select is the place you’d like to go.

I don’t remember but I believe that stuff starts once you get into the NBA. That’s when you select your agent and stuff.

Finally got MyCareer to where I'm enjoying the game but now I'm having a problem with getting kicked to Xbox Home Screen or the game freezes way to often.

Also I have a few shoe Endorsements Under Amour and New Balance, how long do these last cause I am mainly wanting Jordon or Nike and I read somewhere that they only last a certain amount of games?

Not sure if it's in my head or I just had a couple bad MyCareer games, but I swear the timing of my jumpshot randomly changed today, I could green it all the time, especially in things like the 3-point shooting drill in practice, or warm-ups, and now I'm slightly early or slightly late, and I feel like I'm looking at the same visual clues and the "muscle memory" timing feels the same as when I was hitting greens, anybody else or am I just crazy?

Was consistently 60% or so, and had two games of 38% from 3-point range today. Only other thing I can think of is that I earned max minutes recently, and even with my stamina at 94, it could be throwing my timing out of whack? No idea though.

That recently happened to me when the boosts I got from the Halloween event ran out. Could that be your case? Otherwise it might just be that your muscle memory is off.
