Skill based is the new hustle. Ratings didn’t matter for ft’s already and this will make it worse.

If they allow pro am teams to get into rec then it would be a major disappointment since thay was the main cause rec was destroyed for me in 2k22.

Youre already in a disadvantage playing with quitting selfish randoms and on top of that 4 out of 5 games you will meet a pro am team thay would demolish you amd i would end up playing 1 vs 5 because guys just quit the moment they feel they already lost the game.

Does anyone know if they limited rec entry to 3 persons or are pro am teams still able to bulldoze the rec against randoms and pound their chest ?

Wasn’t really a sticking point for me but I’m always glad to see them tighten the floor up even more

I remember in 2K18-19 I think, contests would actually hold the offensive player in place, glad we’ve gotten away from that.
Does anyone remember (i think it was about 2k19 or 20) when hitting the shot button meant you could still get around the guy you faked, but hitting the stick gave you a nice elongated step around the defender for a beautiful animation.

It kind of punished button shooters for no reason, but it was nice.

Edit: I think this was an example.

Those of us who have been on here for years are way too invested in the game, in a good way.

Any chance we will have a big man passing boost / package for a very select few like Jokic and Sengun?

I would be really careful by putting Sengun in the same place with Jokic, it's a bit too early for that Sengun, yea there is potential to him and a lot more years but you know, and this is coming from a Turk.

Passing wise, Sengun is already very close if not equal.

Let's agree to disagree, even the passing wise, i don't think so, highlight reels and fancy passes are a thing yet playing the right passes, opening up the game, contributing to others get easy scores and overall teamplay and flow contribution are another in my opinion ofcourse. He definitely has a lot potential i agree yet he's not there in Jokic wise and vision.

And i'm right now watching Alperen in eurobasket live, too.

But i hope nothing more for him to be there, yea.

Even with the delay I have gotten caught in a body-up a few times. We have so many animations and launches that one time-out value may not work the same for every situation. So we tell you what we did to address an issue, rarely will I say yeah that is "fixed" because there are so many variables in game design.
                      Hey Czar,
Are you able to confirm if defensive settings, such a pre-rotate and ice have been fixed in 2K23?

I prefer real player % but I don’t play online. I want good shooters to have a better chance of making shots regardless of me.
