Sapp, Have to ask with all the talent in this DC, Do you think this is the greatest collection of talent in one DC that you guys have had?
I have been around only for the past two years 2K14/15, and I can't remember one this stacked and league changing. Like the '84 or '96 classes in real life.Comment

I don't know if I should go this far back but I remember in 2K13, there was a draft class that had Chris Bishop Sr., Dre Redd, and Stephen Braithwaite. And those are just the top three players, so I'm sure there were more noteworthy players. I don't know if that draft is comparable to this one but I do remember those three players wreaking havoc on the league for over a decade. For a long while the MVP was being passed back and forth between them and they were responsible for multiple championships. It may not compare depth wise but that was one of my favorite draft classes of all time.

It's a great draft class. But with all of the magic that Sapp puts in for the different versions it's a scary one for me lol. You can see someone you really like but his peak start could be 23 and peak end be 24 and be injury prone. Your best bet is to just pray in this draft class.

Isn't Cortez more of a 3? I think he's atleast 6'10.Comment

I might be wrong, but the primary position is SG. Thats why he's so intriguing to me... maybe a Giannis comp?
Edit: You're right looks like a Sf
We briefly spoke about Amancio Cortez in the past and stated that the young man was showing all of the signs of potentially being a future superstar in the NBA. Although a little more film gave us the opportunity to pick him apart a little more, he is still a big time prospect and has the potential to be VERY good. At 6’10 196 pounds, Cortez has shown some seriously flashes of greatness and rare athleticism coming from that part of the globe. Right now the only two players that I have above him that we KNOW will be available in the draft are Texas A&M’s Senior Center Emmanuel Rodriguez and UNLV’s Senior Power Forward Nat Hawkins. We’ll see where the Spanish small forward lands in a few months.
1) Amancio Cortez/ Spain/ Shooting Guard 6’10 196
Sadly enough, Cortez suffered a broken leg right after we praised him as a guy that can be a superstar in the league. The injury has killed a bit of his buzz so the likelihood of the 18 year old entering the draft has decreased just a bit. So what can he do on the court? Well, at 6’10 Cortez is not only a great athlete but can handle the rock like a point guard. He can create his own shot or get to the basket. He needs to improve his fundamentals but he has the skill and potential to be a big time player in the league.
If he Left After This Year: Top Five Pick
Likelihood that he will leave: 45%Last edited by JumpOffMang; 03-04-2016, 02:55 PM.Comment

Oh man that is such a good question but two of my favorite classes were the one with Donovan Robinson, Ray Ray Francis, Jerome Sims, Lawrence Hampton... And some other guys I am forgetting about. What class was that Dreece?
Also the class with the Cincy Fab 5 which was Monte Westbrook, Daryl Jones, Elan Baylor, Jacoby Ross and David Davenport. That class also featured Lamond Kane and several others.SimWorld NBA 2K19 Fictional Draft Classes

DC2 of 2K14...I remember that because Donovan was never used because everybody took overrated bitch *** Adam Cameron in DC1. So Robinson was never picked.Last edited by redsox4evur; 03-04-2016, 03:08 PM.Comment

this is a great point and another example of just how awesome this whole SW project is.
you can draft a stud in one version and that same player can be a dud in another. just awesome

2nd edit: figured out why I thought he was a SG. Looks like you might be able to play him anywhere:
Let's just say he's my fav prospect in this draft. Im gonna have to get my hands on himComment
