Might you have a spreadsheet of the injuries you applied? I am on Ps5 so I was gonna do it for the beginning of my season.

I dont unfortunately... For the most part I just applied season ending injuries to players thats gonna miss season, and injuries to anybody who missed over 25 games

For myleague i recommend mine, for gameplay i would say its user preference. I do have a set uploaded on psn but its more focused on CPU vs CPU play. If your interested in those you can check it out

Waddup PS4 folks,
after long debate and as the thread title implies, I decided to release the data I collected across the forum to help out fellow roster makers out there in the world. After searching to find answers, I compiled a spreadsheet to have a sort of REFERENCE GUIDE to all the top creators’ sliders for REAL MYLEAGUE SIM STATS.

THEY ARE NOT THE GAMEPLAY SLIDERS THESE ARE MYLEAGUE SLIDERS. This information span from 2k19-2k21 and each creator goal was to have close to real sim stats. Each slider set will have different results but with them all in one place, you can easily mix and match settings to your liking. If you need gameplay sliders, I suggest schnaidt1, popboy or eccentricmeat as they have good gameplay sliders that I like.

My second spreadsheet is just a compilation of EVERY PLAYER SHOT LOCATION% for 2020-2021 season (or last season played if less than 30 games) credit basketball-reference. I also included REAL USAGE% and a formula credited to townknave to calculate SHOT TENDENCY.





Up until recently, Da_Czar confirmed that there were tendencies that are obsolete to gameplay and vice versa for sim stats. Shot tendency and S/Under, S/Close, S/Mid, S/3pt were some that after years of testing, I can confirm. Using real percentages allowed me to see near exact results as far as 3pt attempts go per36 in sim league.

For Shot Tendency, as crazy as it sounds, I’ve been using townknave formula since 2k15 and when used with real shot locations it yields accurate shot selection in myleague sim stats NO MATTER THE ROSTER from my experience. Players like Harden averages 11 3pt attempts per game. Most players match their per36 stats unless they have inaccurate ratings or shooting badges (which is an issue on every roster because badges started boosting sim stats).

As far as what roster I use, I used CelticLG ATD Roster as a base. you can input shot location and tendency in any roster and the results will be near the same. I personally been using CelticLG ATD Roster since 2k19. Also, a thing of note, MyLeague stat simulation sliders and POE settings plays a part into stat distribution so keep that in mind.

This year I have helped with the ATD roster for PS4 (paq-dont-lack on discord) s/o CelticLG, Jeffruel, max43092, ClutchCity007, ManuG20, MickeyFree777 and whoever else I missed. It was a pleasure working with you guys. Link is provided below. If you would like my version of the ATD roster its under my PSN. My version has my shot tend and location edits as well as coach POEs/profiles from simworld and antdoggydogg. Roster + ratings are updated up to trade deadline (500 players 3/31/21 DaBenjiCode, soundsational, woody47, ripcity71252 sig edits update); accessories and shoes were not fully done yet on mine. Injuries was set for players who missed or will miss over 25 games that way players can miss the approximate time from start of season you can always manually set injuries if you dont like them. My roster does not include All-Time Teams as I needed to put FA’s on a team in order to quick edit them.

Thanks. I've read your formula last year and tried it for a few stats. to be fair and honest all scales work as long as every player gets rated. Most roster creators only edit top players and rotation guys which throws the stat distribution off.

Also was wondering is there any way i can pick your brain? I've seen your formula posted before but was wondering do you have any more that your willing to share? Im still testing a lot of things out

Hi. I used your roster on ps4 this year but I got a ps5 now. and wanted to know if you have your player edits, so I can edit the ps5 ATD roster I downloaded to match your edits since it was as perfect as I can ever remember for cpu v cpu in mynba and regular games. Is there a tip jar or patreon?

Hello everyone, sorry I been away from 2k as I been dealing with a few family issues in life regarding my father. Everything is ok for now and I’m back to see if any issues arised with the roster. Solar it seems like the roster is holding strong.

The touch tendency seems to have a great affect on shot attempts but its really a combination of both shot tend and touch tendency. That was something I was looking into before I took a hiatus so ill have better info on it in a few days.

No question is a dumb question. The difference is the way I handled the shot location tendencies and shot tendency. I used real shot percentages in each location where as atd scaled each tendency from 1-100. Also, I updated ratings for most players using this season or last (if player didn’t log enough minutes this year).
