Can't remeber the last time I didn't get an A+ it's so easy now that my minutes are at 8 and I know how to play.

idk why people concentrate on getting A+..I usually have it by the end of 1st half. All you have to do is choose your shots and stay with your man.

But yeah, I'm a 6'7 SF and I'm averaging 19.8ppg, 11.2 rpg, 2 apg, 2.3 bpg, 2.1spg of the bench for Suns (I get like 24 mpg). Leading the league in PER by 12 points lol.

      Top attributes:
      90 Inside
      89 Mid
      80 SIT
      80 SOD
      90 layup

      working on
Ball handling-65 (want to get 80)
      Speed-80 (want 87)
      Quickness-80 (want 90+)
      On-Ball d-60 (want 80)
      3 pt-50 (want 75)

also always wanted to at least get the Athletic Guard dunk package, but I only have w/e the default dunk rating is..

I always get it before halftime, usually in the second quarter and I'm an 54 overall center.

Is there a glitch with how your player stays in the D League forever, I was playing for the Lakers and they out me on the LA Denfenders the last week of training camp ... I keep getting cut from D Fenders and resigned to them, no matter what ... and I have a feeling the game is gonna keep me in the D League forever ....

You can reply here, But a PM would be easier for me ....

I have a friend who's player didnt fair as well as mine grade or numbers wise and was a 2nd round pick, yet he was picked up by a team, by passing the D-League....

CPU trade logic destroyed our season and they didn't even make the proper adjustments in the offseason.

This is bothering me. Tell me why we (Lakers) couldn't even make the playoffs? I really wanted to sign to another team in the off season but I remember yall talking about the clone glitch so I didn't do it.

My current hgihest stats now are 99 vert, 99 layup, 88 midrange, 81 dunking and 81 handling. Been taking over games since the last stretch of last season because apparently when I play pass first, they miss alot. We tend to win more when I have 23 points and 3 assists as opposed to 13 points and 9 assists.. (5 min quarters btw).

                Re: My Player Progression Strategy

For the guy having trouble getting a good teammate grade as a post player the best thing to do is box out and set screens. If you can't score very often then limit your shots. If you have decent speed get out and run the floor and keep separation as you run filling your lane you as you will get points for fillings lanes as well as some easy buckets. Stick with your man, challenge shots as that can get you a big boost and challenge other player's shots when they come into the lane. One more thing is good offensive rebounding position can be easy points. When a teammate is about to shoot move under the hoop. Also, when your other big men post up move toward the hoop as they will sometimes dump it off to you and you can get some easy boards with easy putbacks.

If you are a wing player, 2 or 3, if you can't shoot well then your points will primary come off of drives and cuts. When you have a chance to cut take it. Also, the offensive boards can really help here. You usually don't even have to call for the ball and they will get it to you. If you can shoot then try to get into position to shoot and take the j when you have it. On defense when your man is playing weak side sag down for rebounds or to play help d. When your man is strong side stay with him and challenge any shots. Even if an opponent makes the shot if you challenge it properly you will atleast get a boost for your teammate grade. On the perimiter on offense set screens for teammates, especially on the ball, and if there is an open teammate get him the ball as often even if he doesn't shoot you will get atleast a small boost.

As for point guards athletic ones or shooting ones are about like 2s and 3s. I think the toughest position to play is the pass first pg. You have really no scoring chances and the assists really don't seem to give them much of a boost even when you put up a ton of them. Also, as a pg it can be tougher to get into screen opportunities. Defensively stick with your man, double down on post players if your aren't guarding a shooter or if your man is cold. When shots go up mix up trying to get out ahead to run and crashing the boards. Rebounds will come somewhat easier as you will often not be boxed out. On offense just don't loose points and make good passes and assists for slight boosts.

One more thing that will really help is to set the playcalling to auto and set the playart and playcall messages to show all. This way your team will actually run plays and this can be really helpful, especially with shooters, as you will get set up more often coming off of screens.

As for trade logic I really haven't seen anything too crazy. When playing PF for houston once I was getting into the starting mix they traded off scola for randy foye which gave us true bench depth and with me moving into the starting lineup we didn't lose much. In mine playing C for oklahoma city we traded off etan thomas once I started taking over and picked up AK47 from utah really adding to our depth as bowen and collison were backing up our 3 and 4 spots and collison was also looking to back up the 5 with thomas gone. AK then could back up the 3 and 4 and is much more solid there than either previous option and with green, durant able to play 2, 3, and 4 and harden playing solid at 1, 2, and 3 and westbrooke at the 1 AK gives us enough depth that along with collison we can play 7 deep and be solid just playing the rest occasionally without having to give them huge minutes.

John Wall got drafted to the Mavericks.. got cut after summer league. Joined up on the Thunder's training camp and made the team without getting sent to the NBDL. Started off at the tail end of the depth chart behind Westbrook/Chucky Atkins/Shaun Livingston. Now I'm getting about 28 minutes per game on 9 min quarters. Thunder traded Jeff Green for Kevin Martin for some unknown reason. We run a whole lot of small ball with the lineup usually being Wall/Westbrook/Harden/Martin/Durant. Having a TON of fun. Have GOT to raise my Stamina though because I'm getting drained trying to keep up with these guys and run the fast break for them.

I have a quick question regarding the clone glitch.I got drafted by the Grizzlies then avoided the clone glitch by going to training camp with them. If I dont make the team and go to another will i have the clone or is it only in affect from going to summer circuit to training camp? Thanks.

Coaching AI is so frustrating, my player plays the entire first half no break. Then to play the majority of the 3rd quarter to play like 3 minutes or so in the 4th.

Because of that my stamina bar is always so low from 2nd quarter til the end I do all of my damage in the first quarter scoring. You'd see my guy with 12 in the first quarter and end the game with 18 because of it. 2nd-4th quarter I just get rebounds.

My progression is pretty good so far...maybe to good, not sure. Al Jefferson is killing it for the T,Wolves and so am I. When I win most of the time its by 20. Wasn't this easy in the beginning. Just lost to the Lakers though and that actually made me feel good. 22-4 right now. Just put in Playmakers sliders and I really like them, was thinking of starting over and using those as it would definately make it tougher for me. But I am 26 games into the season. Thinking I may just keep it and hope the implement some sliders for My Player so I can make it better. Although I am having fun with it so thats really all that matters. Any suggestions?

Sometimes they do this to me, sometimes they play me the whole 4th quarter and my break comes in the late 2nd/early 3rd. Boost your stamina up and don't force so much with the turbo and you should have better luck. I am only at like 60 stamina but I usually make it until 2 minutes left in the 1st before I get the fatigued symbol and I can still be decently effective after that. After the quarter break I get some back and am good till 4 or 5 minutes into the 2nd.
