I know a lot of people agree with me who play this game. The game doesn't have the sim/fun balance perfect yet. It's a great game but, there's room for improvement in that area.

Anyway, yeah man have a good one.

There is no such thing as a fun/sim balance. Its not give and take or either or. You never want to give away fun but at the same time you certainly don't want to assume you can just plug it in by limiting realism or sim aspects.

The poor pass defense certainly doesn't make the game more fun especially to beginners or the non-hardcore that are less familiar with sliders. Even on Pro the CPU can get more back door layups than Princeton. Online its the same thing with passes into the paint and lead passes for three etc etc.

I agree with the first statement because making it sim would make it fun for me. Some people don't seem to think so. The second statement is false though because some players can only excel using bad passes.

2k claim should be more like #1 "sim video game" basketball. You have to keep it fun.
wrong jeebs 2k would make all the money because it has not competiton. they could make this game as realistic as possible and still outsale EAs garbage by 90%

              I hate auto anything.

Especially when the CPU auto dives to save the ball under our basket. I'm not pressing anything, don't dive!

This was even more frustrating last year with the separated shoulder injuries. I remember Ben Gordon did this against the Magic and was out remainder of the series.

One of the things that make me throw my controller is when....my friend intentionally fouls me. And I have no chance of getting a shot off while he is fouling me....They should be the a way to break the animation and get a and 1 called. The window should be small.....but most importantly should be there.

But on the other hand...when I'm trying to foul and stop the clock. All my opponent has to do is.... Quick pass it around and my team can't get a fouled called. Or when I'm close to. The foul animation starts and then breaks it because my opponent made a pass.

Yeah, I definitely noticed that too. It's really frustrating because, these animations are destroying the control and outcome of the game.

I almost broke the controller last night. I set all double-teams to 'Never', but my guys still do the same crap - dropping down to double the post leaving LeBron and Mo Williams wide open for threes - WTH? Stay with your friggin' man!!

I know it's very hard to program basketball, but the defensive AI HAS to be addressed. If the 2k team can fix this, the PIP and the sliding, I'll be happy.

I always hold my breath when the CPU attempts a half/full-court shot. I've been burned several times. Even if it doesn't go in, it'll bounce around the rim.

I don't throw controllers for a video game, but I will say that I got tired of being prompted to download the second patch after finding out that it messed up some things in association mode, so I put the controller "down", and stop playing the game.

The two things that get me mad are the animation blocks and the under-the-leg layup. The blocking really needs to be worked on. When I was going for this power dunk, that blocking animation from the back just occured as if I was doing a layup. Fix this please. Then, the under-the-leg layup happens randomly and gets blocked every single time. IDK why that layup is in the game, but it needs to go. No player will commit that in any NBA game.
