I know this is about Myplayer Career but if you did not see the Fight Night Champion trailers you need to see it. After watching it you will say if the my player on 2k12 can be that deep, it will be the most highly anticipated feature of the game. Imagine driving to games, flying in the planes, real team practices with coach there, also punishment for being late to practice going through problems and struggles of an NBA player etc. It will be the best sim game until something better comes out. But one thing 2k does not need to add is the amount of strong language on it. I can deal with it but I'm pretty sure my parents wouldn't agree with it and it will be a bad influence to my siblings.

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
I made an all around 6'6 SG. Got drafted by Memphis, then traded to Utah, then to the Lakers. I stuck with the Lakers til we won a championship. The thing is, no one is making anything! Kobe keeps shooting bricks and would cost us games. I'm often forced to take over the whole thing and end up averaging around 30-40ppg.
After the first championship, I went and asked for a trade then got traded to Miami Heat. Now! Lebron James can't make anything. He just goes to the three pt line and shoots bricks all day.
Is there a fix for this? I'm playing on All-Star + Simulation.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Just played a Key game and got 3 huge milestones.
100 3 pointers
1000 points in a season
50 point in a game
I did not realize I was close on the first 2 I was just saving the 50 pt. game for the next key game.
I ended up with 13380 points for that game!Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
I know a lot of people will hate this response but all I can say is...dont play on All star. The game purposely makes it harder to win by having good players miss open shots. I understand a lot of people it is a pride issue. I want to play on a higher setting because I am that good. But really that is the long and short of it. If you think they are missing to many shots you might want to consider changing to Pro or just suck it up or work really hard at getting your team mates open layups and dunks instead of jumpers.Last edited by BoyWondamus; 01-11-2011, 06:46 PM.Comment

Re: Your Myplayer Career (NBA 2K11)
Just had a career game. I have to choose to carefully how to spend skill points. Need defense overally, dunk(45), consistent, shoot in traffic and off dribble, speed, and ball handle.
My picture in games disappeared, is it going to come back?Comment

Your problem is not the All star difficulty but the simulation setting. Using all star + default, my team and opponent make 50-60 FG%. Using all star + simulation, my team and opponent make 35-45 FG%. Some people say that simulation is harder but actually it's easier to win because opponent doesn't make shot (but keeps shooting those shots) while I can create easier shots by smart passing. I recommend you to change your setting from simulation to default.Comment
