    What moves should I make.

Ok so I started an Association with the Phoenix Suns. I'm past the halfway point in the first season and got on a large losing streak. I'm now 12-9 and made some big moves. I can't remember all the exact trades I've done but I started the season by grabbing a lot of first round draft picks whichever way I could. I ended up getting the Cavs, Raptors, and Wizards first rounders and I've shipped most of the original Phoenix Suns' players out. My team now looks like this:

PG: Steve Nash, Stephen Curry, Daniel Gibson
    SG: James Harden
    SF: Grant Hill, Daniel Green
PF: Blake Griffin, Charlie Frye, Hakim Warrick, Nick Collison, Taylor Griffin, Brian Cook
    C: None

My starting 5 are Nash, Curry, Hill, Griffin, and Frye with Harden as my sixth man. I'm very happy how I've secured Griffin and Curry because those trades were HARD to get. I had to move several draft picks and several players from different trades I've gone through thus far. Now I come here asking for help on what you guys think I should do with this team in terms of having a more balanced lineup. Any ideas on trades you think I should make would be appreciated. Thanks!

First, obviously get a center, maybe trade a Pf or two for a center or two. then get a SG, Hughes is a free agent, he still might be in your game.

prolly get rid of steve nash before his value drops too low for a legit center, move harden to the starting line up at sg.

I agree with this poster more than my own idea.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

Wanted to get everyone's opinion on my current line-up.

After an early exit in the first round of the playoffs due to Durant and Harden being injured and out. I made some moves in the off-season but it was mainly to acquire some role-players and better production off the bench.

            PG: Westbrook|Dragic|Maynor
            SG: Sefolosha|Harden
            SF: Durant|Jeff Green|Kyle Singler
            PF: Ibaka|Jeff Green
            C: Perkins|Aldrich

I'm currently rotating green in the PF spot and occasionally the SF to rest Durant. I'm thinking I may need a Center or PF to play the bench in case I lose a big man to injury but not sure if it's worth the cap space. I really like this team though and think I can make a run at the title. I am 3-0 so far with wins over the lakers, spurs and t-wolves.

You have a log jam at PG... You don't need both Maynor and Dragic when you have Westbrook getting the lion's share of PG minutes.

If you're going to have Jeff Green on that team, you may as well have Harden starting so that you can have more minutes for Green as a 6th-man backing up the PF and SF. This goes into giving fair minutes for Harden, with Sefolosha being a 10-12 minute back-up for Harden.

If I were you I would trade Green and Dragic for a good big man that can play both PF and C, or can play PF specifically while switching Ibaka to the 5 when Perkins needs a rest. Someone like Tyrus Thomas, who has a good mid-range, great rebounding, shot-blocking and post-defense.

Still, you don't need to make a major move... because... well, because the Thunder's the Thunder. They're extremely young and even more talented. As long as you develop them, it'll be a dynasty.

It is a fun team that's for sure. I have a slight fantasy aspect to mine with a downloaded CAP of Isaiah Rider who was my fave player... but aside that I then went into GM mode traded some excess baggage i didn't like for Deandre Jordan, Eric Bledsoe and Marquis Daniels who I then turned into Joey Dorsey (just wanted an expiring).

                My Current lineup is....

                PG: Flynn, Bledsoe, Telfair
                SG: Rider, Bledsoe, Webster, McCants
                SF: Beasley, Webster, Johnson
                PF: Love, Pekovic, Dorsey
                C: Randolph, Jordan, Pekovic

Except Beasley is injured right now so Webster and Johnson are getting 20 minutes each (I play 10 min quarters).

32 - 10 as it stands. Jordan, McCants, Telfair and Dorsey are all off contract at end of season and I'll probably let them all go and pick up some youngsters in the draft. Loving Jordan, but not sure if I want to keep him as a backup to Randolph at the price it would probably cost to resign him. May trade him at the deadline, not sure yet.

Ill have a update soon on my Blazers who are turning it around but as we speak right now, we are battling the Celtics in Boston, we have won 3 in a row but all them were at home, Iam now without WAllace and Oden, ouch, but i wanted to ask. what does everyone do ? who sims there games who plays there games ? ive tried different kinds of things, i played the first half and then simmed the 2nd half,

Right now, im doing cpu vs cpu, the computer still follows your rotation minutes as long as guys are not in foul trouble and it actually follows your game plan to, but i always found myself getting beat easier when i had it on coach mode, SO now i just do cpu vs cpu i guess u could say a slower version of simming the games, but if i want to make changes or have someone in more, ill switch it to coach mode for a few minutes

You need a Defensive Center that guards the paint. Agreed with above post trade Nash before value drops too low.

Sitting at 30-20 at the moment with my year two Trail Blazers. That record is currently good enough for 4th in the West. Big moves have been made elsewhere in the league, The CP3 and Dwight dynasty has began in Orlando, Wizards are looking like the team in the east who none of the top seeds will want to face in the 1st round. Exciting times! Also a word on the rookies. Kyrie Irving ended up falling to #3 for the Raptors and he's putting up solid numbers (16.3 PPG - 3.8 RPG - 6.4 APG). Derrick Williams went #1 to the Hornets and Kanter #2 to the 76ers.

This is my current roster with the Blazers

                            PG - Lowry/Mills/McCamey (R)

From the lottery, to striking gold, the Washington Wizards did the unthinkable and put together a season for the ages. What began as selecting John Wall with the first overall pick, ended with him being the youngest MVP, and finals MVP, in league history. How did this deteriorated franchise turn it around in the blink of an eye?
