Alright im starting my Pistons association over so I can have a draft class(just got my internet back)
I build around Westbrook cause I like him so my first trade is
Westbrook
Ibaka
For
Stuckey
Monroe
And a 1st
They take it I don't have to cheat so I don't complain.
I've run this team before but took it apart to much and became disconnected from it.
I need a more offensive 4 though. I enjoyed having Ibaka he was my defensive anchor if you beat my guards he was always around. So what im looking for is a 4 who has a little more offensive skill but still plays D. Does anyone have any suggestions?Comment

Knicks (Me) trade:
Kelenna Azubuike
Thunder trade:
Thabo Sefolosha
I think they would do this because, they are both shooting guards so it is a fair trade, kinda noob move for me.Chicago Bulls 1996
Dallas Mavericks 2011
Boston Celtics 1986
2001 LakersComment

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread
This would never happen in real life but......
Chicago Bulls (me) get:
Monta Ellis
Stephen Curry
Golden State Warriors get:
Derrick Rose
Luol Deng
2011 1st Round Pick
2012 1st round Pick
They always countered before with Noah and Biedrins so this surprised when it got accepted.
Also traded Keith Bogans to the Pistons for Austin Daye for SF depth.
dont see why you would trade for curry when you have rose?Comment

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread
What would you guys say about this trade and also who would get the short end out of it.
Hornets receive;
D. Rose,
T. Thomas,
S. Jackson.
Bulls Receive;
C. Paul,
D. West,
M. Thornton,
M. Carroll,
'12 2nd round pick.
Bobcats Receive;
C. Boozer,
R. Brewer,
'11 1st round pick.
Thoughts?
I'd be the Hornets so giving up Paul isn't such of a big worry.
Bulls lose Rose but pick up an even better player at the moment in Paul, they also lose Boozer but West can come in and replace him but obviously they lose some of his rebounding ability but Paul's stealing ability should make up for it. They also ship out Brewer and get a scoring guard in Thornton who can also steal.
Bobcats lose Thomas and Jackson but gain Boozer who is better than Thomas on the offensive side of things and although they lose Jacksons offensive ability in gaining Brewer they also have an extra 1st round pick to help with the future rebuilding.
As the Hornets I would lose their superstar in Paul but I'd gain a more offensive player in Rose who I can enjoy playing the games with, he also has a better jumper when I try to nail the three pointers. I love playing with Thomas so that was a no brainer as his defence is awesome when I play. Then I gain a veteran in Jackson to help with the defensive side of things as well as being a decent three point shooter.
Based on rumours in real-life I was going to find a way of acquiring Wallace from the Bobcats for Ariza and a first or something in a seperate trade but then I'd end up being the Bobcats with the addition of Rose and Okafor.Football: Manchester United
MLB: Cleveland Indians
NBA: Miami Heat
NFL: Cleveland BrownsComment

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread
Im in the 2011-2012 season and the Wizards offered me(76ers):
Rashad Lewis
for
Elton Brand + Jodie Meeks
Both Elton and Rashad are 76 OVR and are both 32 years old so i dont see the big deal in this. Agree??Last edited by PhillyPhanatic; 12-28-2010, 11:45 PM.Comment

In my 30 team Association, Richard Jefferson went down for the season 2 weeks into it. Does anybody know a fair trade where I can land the Spurs a solid 2/3?Purdue Boilermakers

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread
Back to my 30 team Association, Jermaine O'Neal was really upset with his PT and James Posey was not producing (0.1 PPG in 10.1 MPG), so...
Celtics get:
F/G James Posey
2010-2011 Pacers 2nd Round Pick
Pacers get:
F/C Jermaine O'Neal
2010-2011 Celtics 2nd Round Pick
I threw in the picks because Boston would most likely get a lower pick and Indiana is getting a starter (I'm making him one) out of Jermaine O'Neal. In Boston, O'Neal was out of the rotation and close to requesting a trade and I wanted Paul George to get more minutes for Indiana.Purdue Boilermakers

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread
Knicks (Me) trade:
Kelenna Azubuike
John Ross (PF I signed from the D-League and used a bit)
Magic trade:
Brandon Bass
I know what you're thinking - why would Orlando do this? Well, I made a prior trade with them, in which I got Jason Richardson and Earl Clark and they got Anthony Randolph and Eddy Curry. Their SGs were Redick and Stackhouse - they needed help. Amare's out for me and it's been pretty brutal the last couple games without him. I needed a big, they needed a guard, so it works. They have Anthony Randolph in the starting lineup now, which is a minimal drop-off from Bass.Comment
