After being inspired by the real life trade of Sessions to the Lakers - I decided to start a new PG and go to the Lakers ASAP.

I played a decent game in the Rookie Showcase, but because I could not decide if I wanted to tank everything and go to someone like Minnesota or to try for best results, I ended up being projected 11th and GS was enthusiastic to picking me up... surprising to me, I actually went lower then projected (fell to the 14th pick by Houston). I played the first 5 games then requested a trade to LAL (who were interested in me).

After the 10th reworking of skill points - LA finally offered a Gasol for K-Mart and me. I found this to be a somewhat realistic trade so I accepted it and went to LA.

MWP and Walton were both injured for the first 25 games I was in LA, so after I worked my way past Fisher, the starting line-up was: Cobb (me)PG, Kobe-SG, K-Mart - SF, Murphy/McRoberts - PF, and Bynum -C. This line-up went on a 20 game winning streak bringing us from the number 9 seed to the number 2... then the AI brought in MWP once he was healed in place of K-Mart and well, the Lakers are no longer the machine it was.

I guess the programming is such that MWP being a primary SF and K-mart being a secondary means that it would insert MWP as the starter, but while it lasted, the starting line-up with K-mart in it worked wonderful.

Kmart really played off Kobe well with both of them setting up a inside-outside tandem and the AI actually made plays that to me seemed both plausible and realistic.

I am heading into the All-Star break now, with the expectation of being placed as an alternative, both Kobe and Bynum are leading votes so I expect them to be starters.

K-Mart has 23 minutes allocated to him and is the 6th man coming in to replace Kobe and MWP but he is extremely unhappy and is at -9 in rating... I really hope the AI will do the logical thing and trade Fisher and/or Blake but knowing it, I expect it to trade the remaining PF/C players (McRoberts/Murphy) and/or K-mart and Barnes.

We'll see how this scenario plays out.

A big win against the Lakers at Staples Center. The score is 86-50. The team play great defence in the 2nd quaters by limiting the Lakers to just 4 points.

Just had the best game of my SF's career is a blowout loss against LAL. I had a triple double for the 1st time. I had 40 pts(18-25), 11 rebs, 10 assists, and I had 5 blocks. I literally almost played the entire game(47 mins). I wasnt even trying to go for it until the 3rd Q. It was first game with 10 assists, 30-10 and 40-10, and 5 blocks. But, some of the milestones didnt shoe up. I got 10K+ for that game.

I maxed Stamina and Off Hand Dribble. I will max out Hustle, then work on Hands, Block, Def Reb, and PAss. I am trying to have a all around game. I have Hustle at 81, Quickness at 88, Layup at 92.

I actually could have worked on Abilities. After the triple-dub game and the 1000 career reb milestone, I had over 20K XP. I could have boosted a Dribble move and Fadeaway. But, I decided that Stamina and Off Hand Dribble was more important at this time. And it was. Stamina for the main reason of me basically getting 40+ mins a game and I want to stay fresh. Even though I had Ball Security maxed, I still get the ball swiped away. Off Hand Dribble should help that and help me drive more. I can already score. I also worked on those for the Dribble Course. Now whenever I do the Dribble Course I will get Speed, Layup or Quickness. I wont keep retrying to get Speed because I need all 3. Speed and Quickness for obvious reasons(driving, fastbreaks, and defense) and Layup for Fastbreaks. Quickness and Layup maxes at 99 and Speed at 95. I have Speed at 87.

I am avging 16 pts, 6 rebs, and 2.1 steals a game. I have no milestones in reach, mostly likely not until a few seasons from now. Just passed 1000 career rebs.

same position: PG at 6'3" although i did change from all-around to a scoring type of player

this is the highest my stock value has ever been during the rookie showcase by halftime

i ended the game with 19pt, 7 reb, 9 ast, 7 stl, 2 blk and 0 to

i like how my player is doing the same "come at me bro" pose as kevin love on my avatar...haha

Has anyone been able to prove that off and def awareness actually does anything other than raise your overall? It seems like skills that would only have an effect when the AI was controlling a player.

End of the first quarter in My Player Finals Game 1 against OKC with my Pacers PG, I finished the quarter with 35 points, 1 assist, 2 rebounds, 8 steals, 14/17 shooting, and 7-8 from the free throw line.

Ughh..second season game 6 in the finals againsts the bulls, I lose bulls win the championship cutscene of the coach holding up the trophy and then freeze, ok so I load up my second Save and same freeze in the same cutscene wtf I thought this was fixed! Is there a workaround because I am not starting over... Thanks

There's no way to fix it w/o starting over at least Game 6. Shut off, or take out the disk, and no save files will be deleted. To make sure, if you win the chanmpionship after replaying it, turn autosave 'Off' for that game.

PG/SCORING/KNICKS/SUPERSTAR DIFFICULTY

We have a tough schedule after the Miami game, which we lost. We lost the No. 1 seed, but after the Heat lost their next game, we're tied with us Knicks having two games in hand. We play 2nd place Utah Jazz (Nuggets). The West is really tight, and the Nuggets are looking for back-to-back Western Conference No. 1 Seeds. They're loaded, and their starting line-up is:

Anyways, they showed the Eastern Conference standings, and I'm pissed off, because from the looks of it, we'll be playing the Bucks in the post-season in the 1st round...for the second straight year.

Looking forward to end of season and the awards; it seems I'm inching closer and closer to the MVP in my second season. Excited for All-NBA teams, especially the 1st-team guard spot, with me (24/11/5) against D-Rose (27/8/3).

Melo freakin' pisses me off; some games, he comes up and shoots 2-17 and the next game, he shoots 16-22 and scores like 35 points.

I agree, but at least it is true to his style which is high usage, but he is one of the best scorers and the league and just having that threat on the court is worth taking those 2-17 games hopefully this doesn't happy but a few times a year.

It happens mostly against the best defensive teams, and only like the best ones, like the Bulls and Heat. Yeah, his great performances outdo his poor ones. I got him to shoot 50% this year, and he's great on the rebounding side, averaging 8 RPG. If he shoots low % for a stretch, I'm not going to get him going into an isolation set until he hits a rhythm with a wide open J in transition or a drive in transition for example. He's an amazing closer, and he can shoot 2-17 and still make like 6-6 in the last three minutes, and single handedly win games for us.

Wow nice job, I never got 5 stars in every category. I have to know how high you get drafted, usually if I play well enough to where I have stars 3+ in all categories I can get as high as 7th overall

I got my SF's Hustle to 89. I will max that, then work on Hands. I am doing that to help get more steals(already maxed Steal, 90). After that, I want to work on Block, Def Reb, Pass, and strength. Next year, I want to avg 20-8-8-2(steals)-1.5(blocks). I want to contribute to in all aspects of the game. I want to be able to guard the 1-4 spots. In my last few games, I had no problems getting over 6 assists. In my last game, I had one of my best ball control game. I had only 1 turnover, but I had 7-8 assists. I basically play like a point-forward. Mainly because Ish Smith sucks and doesnt like to pass. I like to drive to pass it to cutting teammates.

Even though I started this WAY after the update, I seen alot of crazy trades. Spurs basically traded away their team. All of the starters are gone and some of their bench. This will affect where I go when my contract is up. I dont know what season he is in. I think he is in the 2nd season. Dwight will affect how I move foward. If he leaves, I leave. I dont mind being the only good player on team, but with the draft glitch I cant rely on drafts for young talent. If I do ask for a trade next season, I have to check the rosters. I actually would like to go to the team where I want to stay with.

Wow nice job, I never got 5 stars in every category. I have to know how high you get drafted, usually if I play well enough to where I have stars 3+ in all categories I can get as high as 7th overall

yeah i wasnt too worried about where i was going...i actually acted like a prick in the interviews since i didnt want to play for the three teams that did want me(milwaukee, toronto, and charlotte)...toronto with the 5th pick was the second team to interview me...so maybe 5th possibly if i really sucked up to them

i answered negatively for all 6 questions...the triangle/y option on the ps3/360...it tanked my draft value all the way down to 26th overall to dallas

i already got 10 assists in my second and third game...that's only with like 8 minutes of playing time
