Just finished my 3rd season with my PG on the Magic, we won the championship. I was looking through the teams to resign with and none of the teams rosters appealed me so I was just going to re-sign with the Magic. I check out the roster before I do so... looks like we signed LeBron, Harden and Stuckey. I went to contract negotiation but it only showed 1 year for 2 mil and they were frustrated so I didn't want to risk it asking for longer deal or more money and just accepted it.
Line-up
PG - Me 90 OVR
SG - Harden 86 OVR
SF - LeBron 98 OVR
PF - Big Baby 75 OVR
C - Dwight 94 OVR
With Stuckey 81 OVR, Jameer and J Rich still on the benchComment

I had this in my second season with the 76ers. Can't say I was surprised....we did go something like 20 without a win.
I don't suppose anybody has a trick for passing key games?
I am in my third season with the 76ers as they picked up the option on my contract and now have to play around 40 games to hit FA. I didn't even know it had an option for a third year and the second season took long enough.
I don't want to trade, I would like to see out my contract but the only decent player on my team (Iguodala) left after year two so it is very difficult to ever get a win. It is very frustrating and it would be nice if I could some how skip to the end of the season, even if it means I didn't earn those points!Comment

Right now I'm halfway through my 2nd season as a PG with Knicks. Last season we traded Melo for Al Jefferson and Devin Harris, which actually worked out great for us because it gave me two effective pick and roll options with Amare and Jefferson. This offseason we signed AK47 to play at the 3 and I'm loving it. Our starting 5 looks like this.
PG - Me
SG - W. Mathews
SF - AK47
PF - Stat
C - A. Jefferson
I'm hoping to resign with the team after my contract, but we're already $13 mill over the cap so I guess we'll see.Comment

I forgot to ask if anyone knows whether or not contact dunks are possible with a 6' 5" point guard? I am pretty much maxed out in every category (98 overall) with the exception of shot close and shot inside (70 each), and I have the Josh Smith dunk package.
I love playing point, but am pretty disappointed I haven't been able to do contact dunks up to this point.

I'm working on shot close and shot inside at the moment. Both are at 70.
Other than that I haven't touched post offense, standing dunk, offensive rebound, post defense, and emotion. I am going to try switching dunk packages once I can afford one in the $2 million range.
I can't figure out what it could be besides my height. Sucks that I may have missed out by adding another inch or two to my height.

What ratings do I put up to make contact layups? I go for a layup and he gets his about 5-7 feet outside the the hoop and he does some dumb runner/layup.Comment

2nd year with the Raptors and managed to make the playoffs but got knocked out in game 7 of the first round
I wanted to get a new contract but they picked up my option

KNICKS PG/SCORING/SUPERSTAR DIFFICULTY/92 OVR
OK, so I'm 30 games into my third season with my Knicks Scoring, Assisting, Triple-Double dropping machine of a PG. I'm the reigning MVP, and the early Award Races just came out on NBA.com. I want someone to explain how these even work...:
- Why am I third in the DPOY race? I'm averaging 2.8 SPG and 2.0 BPG. Plus, I am anchoring the league's third best defense (91.7 points against per game). But Howard (1.1 SPG, 1.9 BPG) and Durant (1.4 SPG, 1.6 BPG) are ahead of me while boasting worse team defenses...?
Other than that, I am 5th (boo) on MVP race. Curry and Monta are one-two for the Dubs who are at .800 this season. I need to get some more wins for us (20-10) to get back to another MVP title.
Looks like I'm on pace for another All-Star start, All-NBA First Team, All-Defensive First Team for now, which is nice. Trying to add MVP and DPOY to that too.Canucks | Packers | Blue Jays | Lakers | Raptors

I am not sure, but I dont think I have seen a Non-Foward/Center win a DPOY. I think rebounding may be a huge factor in DPOY. My SF was 1st in league in steals with 2.5 and 1.5 blocks, but I was 3rd in DPOY votes, because I didnt have as many rebs as Durant and Josh Smith(won it),Comment

Agreed, every year I a barely lose the award, I lose to Dwight Howard and he consistently has more res than I do.
I beat him out one year on it, and it was because my rebs were reasonably close to his. I had much better steal & block numbers than him.Comment
