If your telling me to watch basketball, your wrong. I buy NBA League Pass, I watch almost every game. The facts are Rubio has many holes in his game. He should be happy to get a 67 rating. Personally, he'd be below 60 if I was rating with a B+ potential. You can say he's a threat but yet he only scored 12 points? When he starts putting up 20 & 10 like Rose, Paul, and Nash let me know.

Also, about 6 of his assists were passes to wide open players in the corner for 3. I could've made those passes and racked up 6 assists. He had a good game, but it's not even close to say he's a great point guard and should be rated higher.

Never. Kyrie Irving is the highest this year. Lebron is probably the closest. He might have been around an 80. Rubio looked good the other night, but he has a lot to learn.

I get whatmyour saying about rubio. His court vision is very good and may be on par with nash but his overall game isnt even close. Nash is a nock down shooter rubio's shot is ugly.

I am more disappointed in everyone that responded to this thread than the OP for his "different" opinion.

Sometimes you just have to let people have their moments.,

Did you watch the interviews with LeBron and Wade? Ha, LeBron and Wade were both scratching their heads, not making eye contact. What do you expect them to say, "Yeah, this guy isn't very good. He was a bust 5th pick that won't be good."

They put LeBron on him because Rubio is the Twolves main ball handler. If the Heat are locked in a close battle against any team their going to put LeBron on the other teams PG because they think he can shut them down and force bad passes because of his size and athleticism.

I never said Rubio was awful. I said he has potential and a lot to learn. I don't think the speed of the game will be a huge jump, more of learning how to score and pass. Rondo is even starting to score now. Nash was a pass first point guard and he learned to score. Learning to score is what makes a good PG into an All-Star point guard and a franchise changing point guard.

No your wrong learning to control the game is what makes a franchise pg Westbrook can score all day but is not a very gppd pg cause he cant control the game wining pgs control the game not score scoring is a plus thats what makes rondo so good and he is better than nash

thank you for saying that. You just proved yourself wrong saying that Rubio is so good. If he's so good, why is a scrub back up point guard running the offense?

Sigh... Rubio's rating is fine where it is. But kind of crap doesn't belong here and makes you look like an a$$.

Rubio is unproven on the NBA right now. I think 67 is a fair rating. He will develop into an 80+ overall in association since he has like 4 stars as trade value and a good potential. No way he should be an 85. John Wall is an 82?

cause Luke is the starter and has been their longer same reason fisher and kidd still run their offense they both have younger better pgs who could be starting Rubio will be starting soon and part of that is he dosent understand the english language well yet
