Everyone I know is already back to work. Kids are back in school. Even people with the most generous holiday time are back to work. The holidays are no excuse anyways. They knew months in advance this was going to be crazy. It really isn't that hard. I know creating a guy from scratch might take some time but these second rounders should have been created months in advance. I know a guy that was invited to an NBA camp with almost no chance of making the team and they were already scanning his face, and sizing him up for the future so they could add him to a video game.

It may not be as simple as pushing a button but any roster guy here could have these rosters up to date in a matter of hours with the proper tools and if he had access to the real second rounders and missing free agents.
