Something I thought about adding would be a future plan template for the teams. Things like who you are going to build around, which guys you want to get rid of etc. Just something to help plan out the future for the team. Not sure how to structure it, but just a suggestion.Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
Retired jersey #s for every team would be a great add-on for the spreadsheet! And there we can add #s to it after each year if we feel like it's warranted. For example, adding #13 to the Suns after Nash retires is a must, and #24 for the Lakers when Kobe retires. This way we won't have rookies, FAs, and traded players wearing jersey #s they shouldn't.Comment

Question about the "injuries" section of the Guide:
Is it really necessary to create injuries every week manually? I ask because I've seen a healthy number of injuries already in my Association and I'm only 3 weeks in. So was that a highly recommended suggestion for those of us using the guide, or just purely an option?Comment

@sfx: I use your FA calculator I will definetly add that to mine.
@Irish: Pretty neat idea definetly a good one because I always try and not let anyone use 34 on Boston, or 24 on LA, etc. after they retire, and that would be nice and organized.Last edited by Fitz1134; 02-07-2012, 05:05 PM.Comment

Definitely just an option. I'm personally only creating seven injuries per week. And if it lands on 1-4 days I don't "injure" them, but still count it as one of the seven injuries for that week. It's worked really well for my season. Just find what works best for you though, and if that's by not creating any injuries then not a problem!Comment

Nice! I just went to the Pacers game tonight against the Jazz. We almost blew a 19pt lead, but held on at the end to win it. I'm a huge Pacers fan...and PG is going to be a big time suerstar irl in the next couple years or so.Comment

Re: Bedwardsroy19 30-Team Control Association Guide/Discussion
I posted a new version of the Free Agency Calculator on my blog. Make sure you download v2.
ADDITIONS:
-An OPT OUT modifier in the contract section. I'm not sure if that's an option in the game, but it's there if you manually keep track of those things.
-A user defined INCENTIVES section where you can make up your own reasons for why players go where they go. Some suggestions are already in the spreadsheet.
-Definitions for the LOYALTY BONUS
download it from: http://www.operationsports.com/sfx/b...cy-calculator/
Add it to Bed's awesome guide.Comment
