Not to be a dick, but that proves nothing. The Dynasty Edition comes with the DLC no matter what, it's considered one of the features for it. Also, people who got the game early this week on OS did not get the code inside the game case.

You can't get the code on Tuesday since that is the official release day and the pre-order period would be over.

I would suggest calling your store to ask them if they are still taking pre-orders of the game and including the code.

Thing is I wanna pickup the game at midnight, but the places I have available for pre order aren't open that late... I don't think I wanna pay 99.99 just to get the all star game and a controller skin. I dont think Id want the head phones or basketball.

This may be a dumb question...But I preordered NBA 2K13 through the 2K online store, expecting that I would receive it on the 2nd. Will I receive it on the 2nd, or is the 2nd when it starts being sent out? Hope it's the former.

Will if it said that expected delivery is the 2nd it will come at the 2nd, I preorder from Amazon a week ago, mine could come from Oct 10-15 but there's a chance it could come early.... You never really know...

So much Preorders? I did preordered around last week so... Idk. Actually now, 2 weeks ago... I hope that's a date saying the LATEST though... I be more happy if it came early. Idk I choose the standard Free Shipping said 3-5 days after release, not 1-2 weeks after...

I don't get why so many guys (not speaking about you on this one) struggle with the decision to pre-order or not. Unless you know you won't have the cash on release date, what's the problem? You're not paying anything extra, you just pay off five dollars of the game you're going to be buying anyway. Hell, when it was announced that ASW was pre-order content, you could go pre-order it and pay five bucks a week or every two weeks up until release.

I don't think that's what he's saying.

He wants to pre order AND get the game at midnight.

Problem is, the places he can pre order from aren't open for a midnight release.

So if he wants to pick up the game at midnight AND get the ASG content, he'd have to pick up the Dynasty Edition.

His only other options are: get the regular version at midnight or wait till the morning to pick up a pre ordered game, assuming he makes the pre order today.

I didn't want to take the chance on missing out on the ASW so I just went ahead and preordered it from Amazon yesterday. It's supposed to get here tomorrow. Can't wait to play as the Biebs!!!!
